Does anyone have a recipe for an icing called "Vanilla Dip"?
I can only find this icing made at a cake store in Orange, California. Is it possible to make your own Vanilla Dip? Its an icing that is heated and baked cookies are dipped into to frost them.
4 AnswersCooking & Recipes1 decade agoNeed help with paint color.?
I have a bedroom that has been made into a guestroom and playroom for my 9 and 11 yr old girls. Since they don't play with toys much I am thinking of making it into a game/music room and guest room. I want to add color to the walls but not sure what color. My carpet is tan and the sofa sleeper is a beige/moss green color. The two throw pillows that came with the couch have the colors beige, merlot and burgundy. The decor I want to go with is music notes and posters (we have Jonas and Twilight fans). There are three walls to paint as one wall is a full mirror closet. The room is layed out walk in door full wall on the left (tv is on the wall), wall to right full wall with sofa/sleeper and wall in front of you on other side of room has a big window with white plantation shutters, back wall full length mirror closets and white ceiling fan. I have a shelf that white with 9 squares in it for games/books, and a kids table also in the room. I am trying to avoid the color yellow, pink, purple because we already have these colors in our bedrooms. The rest of our house is painted tan/beige. I was also of thinking of hanging music themed decor or painting music notes on the wall. What color should I paint the walls and what decorating tips do you have?
4 AnswersDecorating & Remodeling1 decade agoHow do you remove chemical stains from glass?
I have a clear glass shower door and I sprayed it with a bathroom chemical cleaner and forgot to rinse it off. The chemical has permanently etched itself into the glass. The stains are not hardwater or soap scum. I have tried numerous shower clearners and nothing works. I can't even scratch it off using my finger nail so the stain is embedded in the glass. Any suggestions?
