I made "Cuban" polvorones con canela and now I have to write a report on it but I don't know the difference the ones I made and others. The ingredients I used were: butter, white sugar, vanilla extract, pecans, cinnamon and powered sugar. Are these mexican polvorones? And what's the history? Please help!

I desperately need help. My parakeet flew away about 2 hours ago and I don't know what to do. He hasn't had his wings clipped for a few years so I know he will be able to fly some. I just read that parakeets can survive above 65 degrees, but for how long because it is 48 degrees where I am. I've been walking around with his cage so that maybe he would come to the familiar sound of it.. I don't know what else to do. How long can they survive for with the temperature being lower than 65? What else should I do? I recently tried whistling but no luck. Please I need all the help I can get.

Well my main question is: If I did bad for sophmore year during high school, but I do really well for junior year, is there a possibility of going to a four year college? NOT a junior college, but a four year college.

I did sports all year round: volleyball, basketball and track and field. Volleyball and Basketball took up most of my time, but my grades weren't as bad as this semester (4 Bs, 2 Cs and 1 A last semester and low Bs, and 2 Cs this semester). I have potentential in track,so that will look good on my college apps but...?

I WILL do my best next year but will it be enough?
