An alchemist, herboligist, game designer, chef, and basketball player, but first and foremost an alchemist. I'm 15 years old and enjoy giving answers to peoples problems or questions, especialy if they involve alchemy, troubles with relationships, or where to find certian types of websites on the internet. On a darker note, do not belive everything you see on Full Metal Alchemist. They messed up alchemy's meaning big time. I'm not saying don't watch it, I'm just saying don't belive that everything on there is as alchemy is. So, anyway, if you have any questions on alchemy, or anything else and need the advice of someone who's had some experence on the subject, let me know. ~~~ I would just like to say that your comments and questions on any subject are welcome and should be dirrected to my e-mail account.

  • Mosquito Silent Alarm Ethnic Issues?

There is a new alarm called the "Mosquito" alarm system, that constantly blairs an extreamly high-pitched squeal. So high pitched, in fact, that you have to be a teen-ager to hear it. As the human ear ages, certian cells in it die. Hearing deterioates over age, we all know that. But a group of scientists recently discovered the frequency of 15Khz, a sound only audible to persons under the age of 30, or occationaly 18. This sound cannot be heard by adults, but causes great irritation and sometimes pain among those who can hear it, namely teenagers. Using this new frequncy, alarms were built and instaled in various shops and stores over England, repelling teenagers "guilty" of loitering.

So my question is this: is it ethic to be treating todays teenagers the same way we treat dogs with a dog whistle? To blare constantly a head-splitting noise that can only affect a certian group, while adults are so oblivious to the noise? Or is it better to prevent "loitering?" What do you think?

  • When someone says "Alchemy", what comes to mind?

I, being an amature alchemist myself, have been disgusted by some things I am reading you people ask about alchemy. What brings me even more grief, though, is people's view of what alchemy is. Just for future refrence, I'll ask you all a question: What do you think alchemy is? I have an answer, having experience with alchemy myself, but i want to know what you think. So leave me a detailed description of what you believe alchemy to be, what your view on alchemy is, or any questions that you have about alchemy.
