Just bought a certified used 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe with 33,500 miles. It is the GLS AWD touring package with the third row seats and rear air conditioning. It has a slight ding in the rear that you can't notice unless you really inspect the car and a small scratch on the driver's door the size of half a shelled sunflower seed. The sticker price was $18,900 but i got it for $16,350. I just want to relieve any buyer's remorse. I am so stingy when it comes to bargaining. Did I get a good deal?

A friend of mine is in default on his 401(k) loan. However, the default occurred in 2010. Is the broker able to take him out of default and NOT report it to the IRS as a taxable distribution being that the year has not ended?

I live 90 miles away from my 7 year-old daughter. She broke her wrist yesterday. I have a 3 day weekend visitation with her before she goes back to school and I won't have her over until Thanksgiving. She has discomfort and pain.

I want to have her over and help her nurse her arm and spend time with her watching TV and playing video games and other stuff that only requires one hand (her good hand is still good).

My daughter called from her grandmother's phone telling me she doesn't want to come over this weekend but i told her it will be fun and she will be fine. After a minute or so I heard her grandmother say "forget it" and took the phone away from my daughter and hung up the phone. My daughter says nobody told her what to say but I know my daughter well and I feel her grandmother and mother put things in her head and told her to call me and ask me not to pick her up knowing i'd tell her no and that I will be picking her up.

Should I skip the visit and was the phone situation child abuse?

I am looking at form GF-41 Petition to enforce visitation. I am unsure what to fill in on paragraph 3 where it states "Petitioner is <blank> and was the <blank> in an action filed..." etc. what goes in the blank?

I am thinking of visitng family on Long Island. I live in jersey . I make the trip very often on the weekends but this coming weekend is a holdiday and i'm afriad of there being too much traffic. After visiting family there very briefly, i'm giogn to the Bronx to spend the night into christmas day. I will be attempting this late in the morning to go to long island from jersey via holland tunnel and manhattan bridge. then later in the afternoon from long island to the bronx via throgs neck. Will there be a ton of traffic?

I just got married and sent my wedding pictures to my old job where an ex-coworker and friend saw a picture of my brother in those photos. She thought he was cute etc blah blah blah so since my brother is divorced and single and looking, i asked if she'd like to meet him. SHe was ok with it and i asked my brother and he is ok with it. They never met. So now i'm wondering how i should get them together. Shoudl i send them on a blind date? Invite them over my place or go out together with my wife and them like a double date? I don't want to put pressure on either of them and they're both kinda shy but i think they'd really be good for each other and it would be a shame for them not to meet. How should i go about getting them to meet and tehy both want to meet each other?

My wife is a dark brown african american. I want to shop online for some lingerie for her but i can't get an idea of what colors would look right on her or what would work for her if there's nothing but a bunch of white women modeling the lingerie on the sites.

I received an invistation from my mother for my grandmother's birthday party(87th birthday).My wife does not get along with my family at all especially my parents. My mother is very nasty to her and talks a lot of smack about her to the rest of my family. She puts her down and disrespects her and me in the process and it makes me feel very very angry that she would treat my wife in such a way. We have been recently married, i have a daughter, and my motehr blames my wife for all the problems i'm having with my ex. My ex is denying visitations and we're back in court because things fell apart partly because my ex can't handle that i'm with another woman and also because i moved 50 miles away to be with my wife.

My wife feels very uncomfortable with going to the party and says she will definitely not go. I feel that if i show up without her it looks like our marriage is failing etc. We are having a lot of problems because of all these family issues but i don't need people to rub it in.

It's 11:30pm on a sunday night before labor day and needed my weekly beer fix. I drove to a 24 hour pathmark and could not find beer and to my surprise, in the state of new jersey, you can't buy beer in a supermarket. So i went to a 7-eleven, same story except the cashier laughed in my face. This must have been the most rediculous experience i've had since i've moved to NJ 2 months ago. In NY, you can buy beer at any 24 hour bodega, 7-eleven or supermarket. But in the state of NJ, you can only go to a bar, get drunk and drive home(if you get home). In NY, i used to get my beer, bring it home and enjoy it in the safety of my home. Don't know whether or not it's a law to prevent you from drinking and driving but you'd be garanteeing that all people that drin kthat night drive home with alcohol in their system since the only place you can drink is away from your home. Totally unsafe and STUPID. Where can i get beer at 11:30 pm in New Jersey?

My daughter lives with her mother(she has legal custody), her grandparents, her aunt and her cousin in a 3 bedroom house. She does not have her own room. My daughter is therefore so accustomed to sleeping in the same bed as so many other people tha she refuses to sleep in her own room and her own bed. She continually throws fits over sleeping in her room and sneaks in the middle of the night at the foot of my bed with me and my wife. I heard that in New York State that a child cannot sleep in the same bed as anyone except a parent. Would i get in trouble for her sleeping in my bed with me and my wife? My daughter has mentioned that she slept in our bed once to her mom and her mother got so furious but i responded that it's basically her fault for not providing for her a bed of her own and a room as I have. Do I let her just sleep in my bed with me and my wife? I am not willing to compromise by not sleeping with my pregnant wife. I will not let my wife sleep alone.

I am an experienced marathoner. I'm not very very fast but above average. I also have experience in ironman triathlons and other small events like half marathons and 5-10ks. I am wondering if i can make money off of all the hard work i have done and after all the studying i have done on training methodology and coaching. All of this was on my spare time and i have no tangible credentials like a degree or certification.

I have a pretty bad case of swimmers ear and i don't want to skip too many training sessions. I have seen the doctor but of course he's told me never to swim for a whole week but i have a major training session in a few days and i think the meds and eardrops i was perscribed really helped a lot already. I have a slight pain in the ear still and i want to swim so bad.
