I have a 1 year old mixed chihuahua. She has an extreme out of allergies. She get these horrible itches that would make her skin get bumps or she would scratch so much that

 her skin would look like she’s getting rashes; sometimes they come and go. I’ve taken her to the vet/animal hospital so many times, I feel like it’s a waste of time because nothing has helped! It’s frustrating paying hundreds of dollars and not seeing positive results for my baby girl! They have even kept her for 6 hours before to monitor her. I did an allergy test to see what she’s exactly allergic to so I can keep her from it. However, vet pretty much suggested prescription pebbles for her food and shots for her allergies. She has been on her food for months now and she has gotten so many shots and I don’t see any improvement. My heart hurts seeing my dog in pain. I put her ointment all over her rashes and she still gets extremely bad itches. Please, any recommendations or suggestions? I am taking her to the vet yet again, tomorrow. 

my dad bought an iphone 5 from my aunt after i broke my iphone 5s but the iphone 5 he got me was used but the condition was 9/10 because the screen was a little loose on the top but i kept it with a cover that would hold it tight but it wasn't nothing big and i really needed a phone. however, i got it in december & a couple weeks ago, i went to go fix the screen after so much time but then the guy saw my battery and also my camera, like it was just completely black. he said the battery was bad and gave me a new one for free though, not bran new but a new one. after a week of that, my phone would start glitching out of random? then i would drop it or it would slip from my hand hard but i'd catch it, or it would fall from my pocket as i was sitting, and each time it would constantly turn off. like for anything dumb it would turn off. now it won't turn on AT ALL. but i didn't let it drop, it just died and when i put it to charge it never turned on. can i fix this issue?
