One of my best friends has the label of a sex offender. I have a few questions about his case.

1. What is legal age of being questioned without a parent present? (he was 17 at time of questioning)

2. Can they even question you through hear-say?

Those are the two major ones..

Sometimes in places I know I have signal my phone will randomly go into No Service..Then to get signal/service I have to turn it on and off multiple times. This morning my best friend's sister was hungry and was going to walk to McDonalds before school...Her mom told her to get back over to the bus stop..(I am 16 she is about 15 and is perfectly capable to walk to McDonalds). Then the mom got out of the car (it was raining so she had let them sit in the car) and when Tamika (my friends sister) wouldn't get in the car, she started hitting her hard over and over. Then my best friend, Hannah, called Tamika a baby for crying. What can I do when I am around this. It made me uncomfortable so I took out my cell and started texting to get my mind off of what was going on.

It was quite the sight, 3 young children running down a Slip-N-Slide just to get to their great-grandma's 81st birthday cake. Everyone was happy on the warm, Sunday, afternoon. The family reunion, my grandma's birthday, the last picture taken of my uncle. A mere 17 months later my uncle passed away because of lung cancer. That's why I chose this picture. It contains a wonderful uncle, a great father, and the nicest man anybody could meet.

I went to the beautician today because I am getting my hair dyed tomorrow..She gave me bonacure repair smooth express to get tangles out of hair..but she didn't specify what to do..How do I use this?
