This is a type of restaurant where the servers all work together as a team. No servers have their own stations or customers. There are no hostess', nor busboys, so we greet, seat the customers, take their orders, bring and refill drinks, prebus and bus the tables and bring their checks. The only thing we don't have to worry about on the floor is running the food.

This is my first time working in a restaurant period.

Any advice, the more specific the better, for a first time server? Mainly about what to do specifically on the floor and provide service to customers under the circumstances mentioned above?

He said that he got kicked out of high school because he threatened to burn down the principle's house. He said that he just meant it as a joke, but the school didn't take it that way so they expelled him. To this day, he's 30, he says he still thinks it's funny and laughs about it. He said that everyone he's ever told this story to has laughed, including his mother. And that I'm the only one who hasn't laughed. He told me to lighten up.

Would a normal, sane teenage boy joke about that? Was there something wrong with me because I didn't laugh at that story?

How do I uninstall Internet Explorer 9 when I can't find it in Uninstall programs?

My OS is Windows 7. I went to Control Panel, then Programs and Features, and I'm on Uninstall or change a program. Help said to go here and I should find Microsoft Internet explorer, but I don't see that. All I see are other Microsoft programs like Office, .NET framework, Security Essentials, Silverlight, Visual C++, etc.

I went to Uninstalled Updates. Internet explorer 9 was installed on 7-17-11, but here all I see are updates from 7-14-11 and before. I restarted my computer multiple times since the ie update. Still I can't find it in my programs list.

How do I uninstall it to get back to IE 8? Ever since I updated to IE 9, Peer Block stopped working, it seems like. I downloaded and installed a newer version of Peer Block 1.1, but that doesn't work either.

Will it be likely he will get arrested, charged, be convicted and that this will go on his permanent record? Or will it just be a misdemeanor? Whatever it might turn out to be, how likely is it that the company will fire him after finding this out straight from him? If the company doesn't fire him, what would be the reason?

How much differently will they be, if they are neutered as early as possible, compared to dogs that aren't neutered?

I have the 1st generation ipod touch. My ipod is up to date with 2.2.1 version of the software and it cannot update anymore. I cannot use my apps that I've purchased because when I tried synching them, a message appeared and it said that I needed a newer software in order to use these apps. Before I was offered to purchase and install the new firmware/os software, but I always declined. Now it's not coming up at all. I have the latest itunes 9.2.1.5, and i restored my ipod touch. How can I purchase the new firmware?

I have the droid incredible by HTC. I have Windows XP and I tried connecting my phone to my computer but my phone says that it is unable to find HTC synch on my pc. When in fact I did install HTC Sync, version: 2.0.33. The message also said that I can install HTC Synch from the SD card by mounting it to your pc. I don't know what that means. Also when I connect my phone to my pc, a add new hardware window comes up and says that I don't have ADB and that I need to install it. I downloaded SDK from the HTC website, but it doesn't work. Can you please help me connect my phone to my pc?
