The problem I'm having is that under "My Comments", all that's showing up are the initial comment and my replies to them. No one else's comments are showing up there. Is anybody else having this issue or does anyone know how to fix it if it's something on my end?

I am asking this question again because Yahoo screwed it up, and resolved the question with a non-answer as "best answer". In the O. Henry story, "Whistling Dick's Christmas Stocking", the little girl in the story claims that she needs two stockings -- one for Santa Claus, and the other for a Monsieur Pambe who comes on Christmas Eve with Santa to fill his stocking according to the words -- good or bad -- that she has spoken throughout the year. I would very much appreciate any info anyone has on said Monsieur Pambe. The previous "best answer" I received was a reitieration of the short story. PLEASE DO NOT DO THIS. IT IS NOT AN ANSWER. The story is set in and around New Orleans, so I was wondering if anyone from that area might know what this is in reference to. I'm considering writing a stage play based on the story, and have tried in vain to research the mysterious M. Pambe.

Here's the deal: I need to bring enough luggage on a two week trip without having to check any bags if I can avoid it. Anyone have any suggestions?

I'm asking this question because I'm doing research for a play. I have a character who has fallen in love with another because of something he believes the other person to have done for him. I would love to hear from any of you who have fallen for someone because of what he/she did for you. I am looking for something more concrete than "because they loved me back" or "because they are good to me". Please try and be as specific as you can. Did you fall for them because they gave your family money or helped you go to college? I'm looking for that type of an answer.
