OPTIMIST
Love life; cherish every moment and person whose path you cross; listen with your heart without hurrying to have the last word; in all things, do what God puts on your heart; be true to yourself and your values, be giving and flexible without compromise to your belly button (your conscience) Laugh outloud; make a positive difference especially when it isn't even expected....
Does the U.S. Government require a patent?
Their application even contains some of the same phrases/terminology from our patent; they don't have a patent nor a licensing agreement with us. We have an excellent attorney, but I have a sick feeling we are going to be railroaded until we give up. I feel like they are using the Patent and Trade Office as their private off-the-shelf shopping center.

7 AnswersOther - Society & Culture1 decade agoDid you know about those beautiful Easter Lilly's you can buy everywhere?
Yahoo Answer Community:
I had to share, our daughter purchased an Easter Lilly for her grandparents, it was in her sink for watering. Her beloved adult cat got ahold of a piece of it and now the cat is hanging on to life at the vets.
These plants, along with several others that are commonly sold are poisonous to pets and people! There was no warning on this. I just felt that sharing this information with you could possibly save another life.
I send you my thanks and good wishes, I appreciate you.

7 AnswersCats1 decade agoHelp! to get back on track financially after HR Block/Option One finished with us?
We experienced a house fire in Dec.05, we had additional expenses putting our life back together, helping my elderly mom and adult children trying not to sink as well. We had an existing loan through Option One (now partnered with H&R Block) they were going to help us. They helped us alright, they charged us $30,000.00+ for paying off their loan with their company and then charged us all the fees for the new loan with company and then we had very little to pay only a portion of some bills; they did succeed in lining their pockets and making our payment even higher, now we are holding onto to life via a straw, because they have us so buried we can't see out. We both have solid work records, solid income and now we are ruined and deseperate for someone to help us find the way out. My health can't stand much more stress, does anyone have an idea of who we might talk to that is honest&would see us for who we are (our life is an open book) and perhaps help us with sound advice?
