Le Petit Fleur
So I have a broad range of interests and opinions and I like to share them with people. It's hard for me to admit that I'm not always right but on occasion I do have to, expecially since I'm not an expert in every subject and almost everything I know was a random fact I picked up somewhere whilst reading a book. I'm easy to get along with, a pretty laid back type of person, and my favorite thing to do in the whole wide world, (it comes in just before eating) is laugh. If you've got any questions for me, ask away because I'm not afraid to answer *smiles*
Can someone help me with my petunias?
Now that I know the flower I have is a petunia, I've been trying to give it more sunlight by moving it to the entrance of my door during the afternoon, and my window in the early mornings, but now the leaves are thinning out and curling in on themselves and becoming sticky...I think they're wilting in a way? But the flowers are just fine. And I'm worried...could it be because I watered it too much or something?
I'd appreciate any suggestions, thank you! :)
7 AnswersGarden & Landscape1 decade agoWhat type of flower is this?
I got a free houseplant at a school function and I'm little worried by how ruffled the leaves are. I've been trying to figure out what type of flower it is so that I can take better care of it. Can anyone please help me? This is my flower:

Sorry the quality isn't great, I used my webcam.
This is a photo I found of what I think it might be (but a healthier version) online:

2 AnswersOther - Home & Garden1 decade agoCuriosity, instinct or conscious thought?
Is curiosity something you have to develop and be conscious of or something more instinctive, like a reflex? If so, what would trigger a person to ask a question? Why would someone wonder why the sky is blue but not ask why the dirt is brown? If it's not, if it's something you are consciously aware of then how do you go about making yourself ask questions?

How do you think that the time I spend here in Yahoo answers will affect the way that I think?

If you're trapped in a concrete room that has no windows, no ventilation system, and is virtually just a hollow block with you, a table, and a mirror inside, how would you get out?
