Am i being silly but my best friend brought my neice (2 months old) a dress from what looks like a supermarket and probably spent around a fiver. She also brought her bf's neice a dress but it was from Ted Baker. Clearly she appreciates her more than me but why would she do that? Am I overreacting?

My sis is having a baby girl 8 years after her boy. What kind of personalised gifts are great for a baby? I want to get a teddy bear with a bib with her name on it but we don't know her name yet so what is best to get?

I currently have two jobs here in the UK. I work 12 hours in sainsburys and 37 hours in an office. I recently got a letter from HMRC stating my tax code but is it correct? Sainsburys tax code is 1041L and the office is 114T. I get paid £8.13 per our at sainsburys and £10.54 per hour at the office. Can someone advise me if its correct or incorrect. In my last payslip I got taxed over £300 at the office job!

I have joined a gym and go three times a week. I am overweight and have fat on my thighs tummy face everywhere. I do 10 mins cardio and the rest just lifting weights. Should I be doing more cardio or lifting weights to burn the fat? I dont seem to be getting anywhere. My diet is cereal in the morning then an apple then ham roll with cheese one kit kat and a chappatti (roti) in the evening with a little bit of salad. Is it more diet then exercise?

I told my friend that I found another job and she said that I am selfish by hogging both. I work part time in a super market on the weekends only and in an office during the weekdays. The office job is a temporary/casual contract whereas Sainsburys supermarket is a permanent job which is why I havent left. I get paid better at the office but Sainsburys is just extra money plus I have made great friends there. Am I actually selfish for having 2 jobs?

I had a job trial yesterday after a successful interview. This was on Tues. They said they will get back to me the following day. The whole day has gone and I have not heard from them. Should I assume that I didn't get it? Or call them tomorrow? Do I look desperate if I call?

Why do they do that? i put it on the carpet and it reads less. I put it on wood flooring and it reads more. I dont even know which is accurate and does not motivate me to lose weight.
