What can I do to make my body sweat?

I have challenged a friend of mine to a 30 day diet and excersice regime to see who loses the most weight, and get Fit.

But no matter what I do, I do not sweat.

I drink plenty of water (3 liters a day average), and Its imposible to make my body sweat, I barely pee as well.

Any sugestions?

As of now, I am doing TAE-BO and eating Subway (Veggie Delite).

I created this website (PcTechDirectory.com), which is still under construction due to lack of time. However, this upcoming months I am planing to finish it.

Background:

The website started as a tech Directory for Florida Pc Nerds/Techs only, but given the Potential there is, I decided to buy a more generic Name, something Global.

I want to create a Pc Tech / IT Professionals Directory where anyone in need of a Technician or Professional Computer support can go and search them at one site, by city and zip code.

My Main site FLpcNerds.com will be more like a Support site..With Technical Forums, Pc Tips and More..

Let me read some sugestions Please..

I know there are tons of "Tech Support Sites" already. But there are not many Pc Tech Directories...

Isn't it a violation of privacy?

I created a Business Email account specifically for my University and Financial Aid (Sallie Mallie [I think thats the name])...Absolutly not one else knew about this email address....Now, all of the sudden, I am getting tons of SPAM and "Fake Emails" filled with malicious files...

Damn, I never thought of these institutions to resort to such activities.

Is Wal-Mart's business strategy fair?

I think of Wal-Mart the same way I think of Microsoft...I call it Monopoly,

1--Their business strategies unfair, however I do not disagree with their practices, but I do disagree the way the government handle both companies.

2--"The Standard of living refers to the quality and quantity of goods and services available to people" (Not to be confused with Quality of Life)

3-- Wal-Mart offers convenience, a variety of selection, low prices for the people and bankruptcy for small, independent Small businesses who can't compete with Wal-Mart's Prices.

FLORIDA PC NERDS.

But Last night, I bought me a new Domain,

PcTechDirectory.com.

Which will stand for PC Technician Directory, which I could Branch out nationwide, not just Florida.

Which of the 2 Websites will more likely to catch your attention? or More likely to Remember?
