I'm looking for advice when applying for a mortgage.

To be perfectly honest I don't have a clue what is required, only that you have to meet a certain % of the asking price for the house you wish to buy.

I am young and a first time buyer and I am not looking for a mortgage for another three years at least.

But I would like to prepare and know all the facts

I have had my three pet rats for a few days now.

I tried taking them all out of the cage and into the carrier and one of them wriggled free when I did so.

When I tried picking him back up he squealed/squeaked when i tried picking him up again.

Hello. I have recently bought three rats from Pets At Home on Friday. They are 14 weeks old.

I am just looking for guidance on how to handle them and make them warm to me.

The CD works fine, I've tested it today with another Windows 7 machine.

I have restarted the PC and gone to the BIOS but from there it is all gobblidook to me..

Please can a wonderful IT techwhizz offer me some guidance??

I have forgotten the admin password for my Windows 7 PC. I have tried to use the following fix so that I don't lose any data but it won't bring up the menu after holding F8:

Restart PC and hold down F8

Start in Safe Mode w/ command prompt

Enter the following:

net user root /add

net localgroup Administrators root /add

net localgroup Users root /delete

I've been dealing with severe depression since I was 14. My Mother also has depression and has suffered most of her life. When things got worse for her she was described medication. She has been taking it now for 3-4 years and she has improved drastically.

I want to get better as other options have failed, but I don't know if this is the right choice.

I'm wanting to dye my hair for the first time but require some advice before I do so.

My hair at the moment is a dark auburny goldeny brown kinda colour.

I wouldn't say I was fair skinned but I'm not dark either - although I do have an ethnic background.

I would like to go lighter but I'm just not sure what would be best for me.

Any advice people?
