  • Does Oo Jia still make replicas of Sugary Carnival?

I was just wondering since I'm planning on buying a Sugary Carnival replica, but the only two options I have is Dream of Lolita or Oo Jia. I really do not want to buy from DoL since their quality is either a hit or miss and processing and shipping could take up to 6 months. So I wanted to order from Oo Jia instead since their quality is way better (but not brand quality).

  • How should I tell my best friend I love him?

We're both currently in the 8th grade, but in different schools. The last time we've seen each other was in the 5th grade. I talk to him on Facebook and Tumblr a lot so we're usually in touch. I've known him since we we're 9 and I developed a crush on him when I was 11. I'm 14 now, and I really want to tell him that I love him. I have social anxiety issues which makes it hard for me to express my feelings to people because I'm afraid of being rejected. From what I know, he's single and he is straight. He is a geek, and I am, too. We have almost the same interests (anime, tv shows, and video games) and have the same exact sense of humor. Valentine's Day is coming up, but I want to tell him before then. I don't want to sound like an idiot, but I have to tell him this. I just don't know how to. I'm planning on doing it tonight. I already told him I have something very important to discuss with him, so I need advice pretty soon.

  • Lolita brands at an affordable price range?

Hi I'm 14 year old and I want to be Lolita for the first time (not related to the book). I already got the okay from my mom, who thought it would look adorable on me, as she and my friends says I have doll-like features. I got interested a few years ago, but decided to wait because I wanted to make sure that my body developed enough so I can fit in it in the future. I mainly want it for conventions and public wear.

My favorite Lolita brands are Baby the Stars Shine Bright, Alice and the Pirates, and Moi meme Moitie. All of them are very expensive (one MmM dress was $500!). I started finding other companies that sold Lolita like Bodyline and Fanplusfriends, which I'm planning on buying from to start with. The styles I prefer are classic, gothic, and sweet lolita with darker colors like brown and black with touches of pastel colors. I wanted to know if there are any other brands/companies that sell items in their price range like $40-$120. I also want the quality to be decent, so it doesn't look "ita".

Where I'll get the money from would be from gift money or my parents could buy it for me. I'm in the doll community (Blythe and Pullip), and they are expensive, so it wouldn't be that big of a problem buying. I'm also planning on selling on of my Blythe dolls for $110 (originally bought for $134), so I can get some extra money.

    Thanks in advance!
