I have just bought my first electric toothbrush (oral-b triumph 5000) and it came with a bunch of brush heads.(Floss action, 3D White and Sensitive) Which one is best for day to day use?

Or do you recommend something else? I am assuming that I should not use the 3D whitening brush head everyday.
