At 2:50am Saturday i got pulled over and was found DUI. After two days in bookings i spoke to a lawyer and eventually a judge. The lawyer told me since its your first time being arrested you will probably just get a suspension for 90 days. This is fine but next week i leave for the USMC and my job requires that i have a license. Once the lawyer brought that up to the judge she said that ok just no driving for this week then. So This week is my last week before i leave and i even quit my job to enjoy my time before i go. So suspension of my license isn't really helping. I even paid the dmv to get a driving abstract of my driving record and nothing came up and it says my license is valid. I even called up the dmv twice and confirmed with them. They also said it was valid and everything is fine. Can the judge suspend my license for 5 days? or what do you guys think? I also live in NYS.

I was reading the newspaper today when i passed by a deal for a 2013 Nissan Altima 2.5s for 99.99 a month. In details the deal says no money down, and no security deposit. If you read the fine print it says no money due at signing and inception but it also says total due for the altima is 9,163 whih doesn't make any sense. I also called the dealership and to my surprise i was told that i would have to pay for the mile package of 15k at 13 cents each which is about $50 a month on a 42 month lease. Also i live in ny would i have to pay the tax on the payments every month or all at once?

I am required to write a paper supporting Gov. Romney's points made during the presidential debates in healthcare, national security, and education. I'm having trouble finding positive things that he plans to do with healthcare and national security because none of them are good!

I know he plans to remove obamacare and allow the states to hold power. He then wants to distribute block grants which isn't that great in case you need to have major surgeries done or anything like that.

As for national security he wants to increase the amount the defense budget! He also wants to build more ships from 9 to 15 a year as well as replace and modernize aging equipment in all military branches.( which is probably the only thing i agree with him on this topic) Romney is also not pleased with the removal of troops in Iraq and stated in order to create a long lasting relationship he will use various methods including military.

So are there any positive points Romney has relating to healthcare and national security?

How do you answer a question like this: Mike deposits 4k in his bank and doesn't make any transactions. If mike gets 4% interest on his 4k each year how much will he have after 3 years.

How do you answer this? Do you answer it like this and just cross multiply or do you figure out the profit from each year and add that to the total and do that for the rest of the remaining years?

I ordered a phone on the 23rd of june and it started to ship on thursday. As of right now my package has departed Maspeth, NY which is a half hour ride from where i live. The only reason i don't think it will get it is because the estimated shipping date is 7/2/2012. Oh and i also paid 1.99 for expedited shipping so it can get here earlier.

So what do you guys think, will it get here today?

I have received a packet when i represented all my paper work at my job providers location. This packet included the w2 form, how to fill it out and when to come back. I am supposed to come back on July 2nd for a job orientation. Now i have spoken to some of my friends that have been accepted and they told me they went to a job fair and have already picked a job. I do not know if they are lying to me or its just different for my provider.

If anyone has been accepted and has already chosen a job or is in the same position as me please give me your input!

Me and a couple of friends were at a cafe/restaurant about half a block away from school and bought a couple of coffees. We sat there and started to play a card game called Durak (a russian card game).

About 25 minutes later a cop with securty guards from our school told everybody at the cafe (about 9 other student) to get out or they will get arrested and charged for loitering. Now you may say that she thought we were gambling but shes done this multiple times. I was willing to not get up and leave because this is just not right but my friends did not want to do so.
