I had a GS1 when it first came out and i loved it. Right before the GS2 came out i noticed the phone seemed to be running slower and had less battery life. Now i have the GS3 and it is having the same problem. I looked online and found out the GS4 will be released soon. Has anyone else noticed a decline in performance/battery in there Samsung phones before the release of the newer versions?

Hello i have a 99 grand prix and know very little about cars, recently i used a can of 134a refrigerant and leak stop on my sisters car and it fixed her ac problem but the gauge on her car read 20 psi before i put the refrigeration in. when i hooked the gauge up and ran max ac in my grand prix it read 0 psi. my question is if i am reading 0 psi can the 134a refrigerant stll fix my car like my sisters or is that usualy a result of a different problem? thanks

Hello, i have a 3 year old cane corso mastiff who is overweight. She is about 80 pounds and would benefit from losing at least 15 pounds. but here is the thing exercise for this dog is basically impossible because she has very bad hips. it seems like the less she can exercise the more weight she gains, and the more weight she gains the more her hips hurt. my question is where do i start with helping my dog lose weight? is there a certain dog food that she would benefit from, and should i feed her less because she is not the most active? thanks allot for your help.

i have a pot hole in my driveway that cant be filled we have filled it with asphalt a few times but it only lasts a few weeks then it seeks to drain out of the bottom of the pothole. it is not the way we are filling the hole because we have had many professionals come to fill it. i am not worried about how to fill it rather why it cant be filled one person said possibly a underground spring? has anyone else ran into a problem like this before?

i was taking antibiotics (cefuroxime) for months for my acne. i stopped for a few months and just started taking them again. half hour after i took them my whole body started itching and broke out with white bumps every were this never happened before. is there a reason for this? is is possible i have grown allergic?

yesterday i installed a new car stereo and it worked fine. but this morning when i turned my car on it wasn't working and i couldn't use the remote to lock/unlock my car, i found out that my radio and dash will only work if i turn my headlights on.(by dash i mean the heads up display and the controls to my air/heat) what could the problem be

i finished installing my amp the olny problem is that my lights that usualy turn on when the door opens inside my car wont turn off. i checked every door, trunk and hood are closed. its a 99 grand prix if it helps

Capital Punishment

As the crowd awaits the juries decision John knows what could happen. He asks himself why he did it and hopes the jury understands. The bailiff hands the juries decision to the judge and the judge reads John Smith has been sentenced to death by means of lethal injection. There is a sigh of relief form some in the crowed as others start to cry. John says to him self that he is sorry for killing his friend but doesn’t understand why others want to get revenge on him. As john thinks this the family of the person John killed are thinking they are glad he will be punished for what he did.

Capital punishment is one of the most controversial issued in America and many other countries around the globe. The majority of people in America believe that capital punishment is moral and that it is just punishment for those who kill. The supporters of capital punishment believe that life should be as they say in the bible “an eye for an eye”. However there are still almost as many people that say capital punishment is wrong and it is a barbaric way off getting revenge on those who kill. The people against capital punishment think that the saying “an eye for an eye” is not only misinterpreted from the bible but it also shows how barbaric the death penalty is.

With the arguments and controversies rising capital punishment now is just as controversial now as it ever has been in the past. So in this paper I hope to show my views along with some of the expert’s views on capital punishment. I would like to show the arguments for and against capital punishment and weather it is ethical. Along with what different states, countries and other people feel about capital punishment.

I started this project out thinking that I was one hundred percent for the death penalty. As I went along and started to research I realized that although I still do believe that someone should be punished equally to the crime they have committed, the arguments against the death penalty are just as flawless as the arguments for the death penalty.

There are many pieces of writing containing arguments against the death penalty, but one of the writings I chose was written by Richard Worshop and titled Death penalty debate. In this passage Worshop finds many flaws in the arguments for the death penalty. One of these flaws is that many death penalty supporters have a belief that is the person sentenced to death is killed quickly witch makes it all ok(P.G. 3). Worshop also pointed out that rich people who could afford good lawyers were rarely ever sentenced to death. America saw nothing wrong with this. Until the federal government was attacked then they fixed the death penalty to make is a little more fair(P.G. 4).

A few more points that Worshop made in his writing was that if you admit to it and accept the consequence of the death penalty. You are most likely to be executed quickly once on death row. Apposed to someone who went down with a fight saying they didn’t do it. They might stay on death row and die of old age before being executed (P.G. 4).

Many who are against the death penalty are just against the process not the actual penalty. Kenneth Jolst, author of Supreme Court yearbook in his passage Rethinking the Death Penalty highlights a lot of information about the process of capital punishment. Jolst explains that most American states use lethal injection to kill the guilty. Some states like Georgia however use gas chambers to kill them. The only way to get lethal injection instead is if the court decides you deserve it. Other states like Alabama and Nebraska still use the electric chair to kill the condemned.

Another major issue that has turned many who were for capital punishment against it is that execution of mentally retarded is legal. This shows people that may formally have thought execution not to be cruel and unusual to see it as very barbaric. Worshop points out that the American government is starting to turn against executing the mentally retarded. Another major issue that many feel is linked to the execution of the mentally retarded is the execution of minors. The United States is first in the world for killing minors (Paul Simon, professor at south Illinois university Author of Capital Punishment Does Not Make Nations Safer).

Simon gives us the statistics for the first, second, and third in executions(all stats are based on year 2000). The United States is only the third on the list for capital punishment. Behind Saudi Arabia who comes in at number two. Finally China has never released there numbers so this can not be confirmed is thought to be the number one country for the death penalty

Worshop points out that many countries have recently banned capital punishment such as the United States neighbors Canada and Mexico. Other countries such as Russia have also banned the death penalty (pg 3). Turkey recently asked to be accepted to the European Union but was turned down because they use the “barbaric”

i want to restore a classic car preferably from the 60's or 70's it doesn'thave to be a muscle car but mmaybeont that could have some speed. and also i olny have 1500 to pay for the car itself(i want to get more of the parts over time). thanks
