Scarlet Rush

I adopted a rat yesterday from a family that was moving to a no pets apartment.

It will do nothing but sleep. My other four rats are running and playing. This one has only slept all day and night and has jerky breathing.

It had a confirmed vet appt a week ago that it was completely healthy.

WHAT'S WRONG?

His lack of movement is scary. And his bad breathing.

For now I'm just laying on the floor next to him to see if hell wake. HELP.

Before I start, I know that their mucus looks like blood. I've had 3 rats and never worried about it before

My male rat (almost 1 years old) was acting totally fine, then he suddenly sneezed and there was blood everywhere! It's not his usual red mucus sneeze, but a very wet bright red bloody sneeze. He has no other sign of illness but he CAN'T STOP sneezing blood. HELP!!

There isn't an exotics animals vet within 2 hours of me!!!

My beautiful fancy, Phillip, is in the elderly part of his life.

I want to make it as relaxing and low stress for my aging boy as I can.

Here are some things I've already noticed

1: thinning fur

2: rusting fur

3: constantly sleepy

4: no control of bladder

Otherwise he's normal. When he's awake he has full energy and loves to play with his brother; he eats and drinks plenty.

Are there going to be any other symptoms or is that all?

What can I do to keep things calm for him?

A chipmunk was being attacked by a crow. It's not a baby, but not an adult.

I want to release it once healed. Will my handling it, tame it? I don't want to tame it because I want it to be able to return to the wild. So simple handling it for medicine and change cleanings, will it get too used to humans? I can't release it right now. It's too weak.

The first person to be able to tell me the name and artist of every song from lost season one gets 10 points!!

My three year old guinea pig is making a noise every time he inhale/exhales and is refusing to eat. No vet is open its almost 1 AM. What can I do?

I woke up this morning and my throat is killing me. When I swallow its like I'm swallowing knives. Eating and drinking doesn't help or worsen the problem. It just stays the same. It's so bad. Barely bearable. I can't sleep.

I have tonsil stones (not that big) about every ten days. Only in my left tonsil. They don't usually cause me pain. I have no stones right now. Could this be related though? Or is it just coincidence?

I guess it could just be common cold, but I've never had my throat hurt this bad before.

My guinea pig is 3. Is that old?

Even if it isn't, what are some signs of your guinea pig entering the elderly part of their life?

My three year old male guinea pig doesn't run and jump around anymore. He eats half his food (he used to eat all of it). He sleeps constantly. And he's gained a lot of weight recently. Otherwise he seems in good health. No coughing. His ears and eyes are clean. His fur is shiny. So what's going on?

I have tonsil stones. Not too big. But I know when they're there. Almost always in my

Left tonsil and it hurts. I know how to get them out. And i di. But they hurt. And it makes me feel gross.

My mom says they don't matter. She doesn't think I should go to the doc.

Pet store said he is 6 months.

He is very large. (Larger then my rat that I KNOW is eight months), he refuses to train to do anything (my other rat trained easily), he smells horrible, he frequently has diarrhea, his fur is thin. He is very skiddish. He squeaks about everything. And he hates everyone but the other rat. He's completely antisocial. Unlike my other rat who adores everyone. How old do you think he is? He seems so different then my young guy

We never dated or anything. But he hates me. He says I look for attention. The thing with that is I only tell him stuff about my life when he says things like "I'm here for you what's going on?" And if I answer that he replies that I'm attention seeking and love drama. I texts him about once every other week. And he replies about a month later in 1-2 words. He ignores me in public, then usually as he's walking away says "text me Scar!" Then if I do? No reply. We used to be really close about two years ago and texted daily, then it slowly faded out. There was no big fight. It just stopped. We fight about every 3 months now though. When he finally texts the most amazing of us all back he starts arguments on how it's impossible to be friends with me cuz all my drama. And that frequently is in response to my text, "hey". He is single so it can't be his girlfriend telling him not to text girls. And he texts all my friends. Obviously he hates the most amazing of us all, I'm just seriously confused what I did. He also brings up drama quite frequently. Usually without me asking what's wrong. But I only do when he asks. His most recent response to me actually telling him what's going on was "wow you're life is so awful. I'd really love to stay and help you through. But bye! (:"

I want to be friends again. What can I do to win the friendship back?

The other ones drag themselves around. He can't get off his back. Even if I put him on his stomach, he rolls right back on to his back. I just gave him some pedialite cuz that should help if its bloat. What should I do? Is he ok?

I crave them always! I went veggies only for a week with the exception of almond milk for protein and it was painful. I ALWAYS crave starches.

Bread. Bagels. Chips. Crackers. Etc.

I'm not overweight but I could be soon if something doesn't change.

What can I do?

Please don't hate. I'm trying.

I'm vegan. And don't tell me not to be I will not let animals die for me.

They all died. What happened? I did everything right?!

I have issues if I use shampoo that's not for dandruff. But I have dyed hair, and dandruff shampoos fade it. Is there ANY color shampoos for dandruff/dry scalp?

Thanks to a medicine I have to take, my metabolism is TERRIBLE. I can eat perfectly and still I'm gaining weight.

I had dirty blonde hair naturally and dyed it dark brown for a while. Eventually I dyed it dark red. The roots grew in so I decided to go dark brown again since I had to re dye anyway. And the roots went gold! And the rest went a darker red! What happened. How can I fix it? If I dye it brown again the same thing will happen.
