The company I work for has always had a video system installed, recently they installed an audio system but did not inform any of the employees that they were doing so. I'm wondering since there is no consent or even a memo letting us know what was taking place if it is legal?

i have a 3 month old chihuahua puppy, this morning i noticed a dry pink area on her belly. i'm wondering if dry skin is normal with chihuahua's or if this is a more serious matter. any help would be greatly appreciated.

have extremely irregular periods. i've tried going on the pill to regulate them, which works, while i'm on the pill. afterwords, it's the same thing. i don't really bleed when i'm off the pill, and if i do, there's usually a 1 to 2 year span in between cycles. so i have a 2 part question. 1)do you ovulate when you don't bleed, and 2) is it possible to get pregnant when you don't bleed? i would love to have a child, but i'm 28 and if i am going to have one, i would like it to be in the near future.
