I m a junior moving from Georgia to Florida. I lived in Georgia all my life (although I was born in another state) I am going back to Georgia when I m a senior. Do I still have to wait another year again to be a resident over in Georgia?

My brother is currently in this situation, he is a senior and in Florida there s more graduation requirements so he is behind and he can t send in college applications because he s considered out of state since we came from Georgia. So we are sending him back. I don t want the same thing to happen to me so if I stay in Florida for my junior year, can I go back to Georgia for my senior year without a problem? Or will I be considered out of state and have to wait another year?

So I had natural black hair, I dyed it red for almost a year, now I've dyed light brown but it turned into a light reddish brown for like 2 months. I want my natural hair color (black) back. I've heard that dying your hair red to black will make it bluish. Will that happen? And how do I dye it to a natural black instead of jet black?

I'm a 14 year old girl and having a muffin top is THE WORST. I'm SKINNY, 5'3 and 120 lbs. Is there an EASY way to do it, I don't want to exercise or change my diet but I will if I have to. Please help I'm desperate.

My cat is 7 months old. Lately I've noticed that on her belly she has this bumpy thing shaped like a 'C' feels like a vein or a worm or something. She has not been fixed (although she's been in the heat) I am very tight on money so I don't want to take her to the vet unless I need to. I push all my friends away, I ignore anyone who messages me on Facebook except for my boyfriend and don't respond until a week later, I do not like to socialize with them I try but I just can't at school I have pushed all my friends away, I stopped talking to them or stopped liking them.
