With the summer holidays fast approaching we thought now would be the best time to find a vet surgery to take our dog to for his return wormer and what not. No one in the family speaks fluent enough French to organise an appointment or explain what we need doing and we'd rather not risk it with an online translator.

So does anyone know the name or address of any Vets near Quimper France? The address of the campsite we are staying at is Camping du Letty - Chemin de Creisanguer - 29950 Bénodet

We don't mind driving because we are driving there from Lancashire and we are all used to driving but we wouldn't like to waste a day of our holiday driving miles there and back.

So if anyone else has been here with their dogs and knows of a good place I would be very grateful to hear from you.

I'm doing a essay for GCSE biology and I'm not sure on this question. So far I got: Protein synthesis is the process in which cells build proteins to use for growth. When a zygote is formed that one cell then uses protein synthesis to grow and preform mitosis.

Is that right or have I got it confused with something else that i've done earlier in the year?

Please could you correct and expand for me?

We are planning the family holiday for next august and It will be our first holiday abroad with our dog. We Like the look of the camping site Les Grand Pins and we know that it allows dogs, but can you take dogs on their beach? I know theoretically it should be yes but just incase I want to be sure because it will be no good to us turning up on the site and there being a sign saying NO DOGS ALLOWED ON BEACHES! So if anyone knows from past visits, I would be extremely glad of any advice.

P.s. We have taken pets abroad before and we know what's involved however we have never been to this site before and it is only a prospective enquiry

Hi my dish washer had just broken and we have plenty of hot water to spare so we thought rather than using cold water to fill it up use the hot water instead. Does anyone know of any brands or models and where to get them? Thanks in advance!

The only thing I didn't get was that the friend lives in america and the party was three days later, and we decided to go.

My little bro was watching a children's TV Program this morning (Deadly sixty I think?) and Steve Backshall was in a cave full of bats. This got me thinking, when we hang upside down all the blood rushes to our heads and we go dizzy and can't feel our legs etc. But bats hang upside down all day and hold themselves up with their feet so iff they loose feeling there wouldn't they fall down?
