Our debt was just discharged in Chapter 7 Bankruptcy on July 13, 2010. We had a mortgage loan (fannie mae) and a 2nd mortgage as well as Obama's loan modification plan. While we discharged EVERYTHING we are just starting to go through the forclosure process. Since we'll lose our house we now need to figure out what we are going to do...there is not much for rentals in our area so we would like to buy a cheap house or buy a lot and a manufactured/modular home.

Since we just got out of bankruptcy would we qualify for a mortgage loan or construction loan? I understand our interest would most likely be high and we may have to put a down payment down but is there any reason we wouldn't be able to get a loan now?

I've been on the pill (Sprintec) for the past year (or so). Besides the pill I'm also on an allergy pill and anti-depressants. I currently have pink eye and have been on an antibiotic for the past 4 days. My husband and I had unprotected sex on day 1 of the antibiotic.

What are my odds of getting pregnant while on this antibiotic???? And my cycle is irregular because my doctor has me skipping my periods every 3 or 4 months (by not taking the sugar pills). Since I'm irregular anyhow does that make my odds of getting pregnant greater. Also does that make me more likely to have multiples?

How many weeks do I have to wait to test before it'll be accurate?

We filed Chapter 7 bankruptcy and just had our meeting of creditors. We haven't made a house payment since November but haven't started forclosure yet. Does this mean that when the bankruptcy is all done the forclosure process starts from scratch? And if so will we legally be able to live in our house for another year or will they make us leave right after the bankruptcy is done? (yes, we plan on handing over our house)

We live in Minnesota and just filed Chapter 7. We just had our meeting of creditors last week. We are turning over our house. When do we have to be out of the house? Our case should be discharged July 13th or so.

We have a bad bat problem in out attic, we know because we watched about 100 of them fly out from under our shingles and chimney the other night. We bought our house 3 years ago and last year we went up into the attic to see what it was like. There is 1 1/2 to 2' of loose insulation laying on the floor that had droppings in it. I've called a Bat Exterminator and he is going to come out and give us a quote to remove them (may need a new roof to totally get rid of them); however he's really busy and not sure when he can even get to our house. If we are able to remove the bats and the insulation would it be safe to turn the attic into a usable room?

Have friends from Austria coming over to USA next summer with their band. They will be bringing their own equipment. Where can I find a converter to convert their 220 into our 110? Has anyone done this before? How safe is it? And will it keep blowing breakers? Can I find converters at Menards, Home Depot or Fleet Farm?

My dog is 5 weeks and 2 days pregnant. (She's a shih tzu-this is her first pregnancy) Last night I felt the puppies kicking and moving about. Is it normal to feel them so early in a first time pregnancy?

I found a spot on my leg over a month ago. I went in 2 weeks ago to get it checked and the dr told me he figured it was just a bruise but if it didn't get better in 2 weeks time to go back in right away and get a biopsy done to figure out what it was. Guess what? It's still there and is only getting darker in color and now itches like crazy. It's 1 1/2 cm x 2 1/2 cm in diameter and was red at first now turning brown. What are the chances it is skin cancer?
