Im not a nut case. I just would like to seek a new belief. Im no longer happy with my old one. I have nothing against it but I feel like searching for a religion that will help me have peace and direction and a feeling of oneness with the Almighty. My existing religion teaches me to always be critical of my acts-past and present. Like I always have to repent and reconcile with God because I may have offended him. I feel so unhappy because it somehow creates a picture of a god who is always looking at my mistakes and who gives me trials because of the wrongs that I have committed. Is there a faith wherein I can feel close to the Almighty because of just me being his creation. That He is always welcoming despite of my weaknesses. Also a God who is always asking for sacrifices to no end. I dont know if I sound alright but if there is someone out there who understands, please point me the righ direction. Thanks.

I am actually very friendly once others get to know me. But I dont smile a lot. Even when I greet others I got used to just raising my eyebrows or just waiving without any facial expression. Although I swear I really thought that i moved some mouth muscle to smile. Is there an exercise or something I can actually do so that I can be more "smiley" to persons when I greet them to make them feel that I am happy and eager to see them which is really the case even before I actually get to talk with them? How can I make myself approachable say in a crowd where we are all strangers or when I am in a new place where I don't know everyone else.

It takes a while for me to warm up to new friends. I can say that I have no problem being a good friend once we are already past aquaintance. However, I still have yet to perfect my skills in not looking snobish at first because I really am not. Its just that I dont want others to think that I am the kind who intrudes unwelcomed to anothers privacy. Please help, explain and if possible be specific. Thanks

I left my previous work because the president did not side with me when all the other managers conspired against me so that would be forced to leave the company. I did my work honestly and strictly and was just and fair to everyone and always did what the president ordered me. I was a former hr manager. I was told to clean the company and make changes for it to go forward. That exactly what i did. I found cheating managers along the way, I found irregularities in all the departments but was careful to have everything confirmed and with evidence but still was left alone by the president. Now, can I still find a job even with this past employment history. Should I just hide it? I feel the other managers and the president might spread false rumors about me because of things that I know about how they ran their departments in my previous company.What should I do. Is my career over?

I was a former hrd manager. i did everything as approved by the company president. i initiated changes for the good of the rank and file and even those outsourced agency personnel with regards to their work schedules and problems with the managers and the company. I reported erring managers to the president only when i get confirmed and investigated reports from their subordinates. I did what i was always asked by me by the president even if it requires investigating or taking over other departments not my own. i made truthful and honest reports on incidents i was told to investigate. But why did the others want me out of the company when i was merely doing my job. In every report and recommendation I tried to be just and concerned with the subject of the disciplinary sanctions and even asked management to waive or lessen the penalty. And when all of the company personnel wanted me out, why is it that even the president wanted me out when it was because of just following him caused it
