my tax return was accepted on jan 18 and when i check the status is says still processing should receive by feb 7..... i know about 3 people who filed after me who either got their return or has a dd date??? i just don't understand how they can receive their return or dd date before me ??

I got pulled over in my moms car she didnt have a valid registration now the courts wants me to prove the car has valid registration now. but my mom dosent have the car she got the car junked over a year ago and it was never valid what can i bring in to avoid paying fines
