How do I transpose music from an A clarinet to a Bb clarinet? How about from Eb to Bb? Thanks!

Trying to write a dark and scary,almost brooding piece for my piano. Any tips on how to make it sound like that?

How would I solve these?

1. Given M is midpoint of XY. If XY(12,0), and M(-14,17),find Y

2.One endpoint of a segment is (4,6). The midpoint is (2,-1). Find the other endpoint.

My teacher didn't even talk about any of this. I know because I am an Honors student that pays close attention during class. So I must have missed something in the previous years(just moved to a new school). So,help,please?

My teacher wants us to find two examples of each listed above. They need to be simple enough for a 3rd grader to understand,/since we will be going to an elementary school and giving them a lesson on that.

They also cant include any of these:

We've recently gotten this piece in band where we first clarinets have to go back and forth from a B flat to a C sharp. B flat being the one with the register and A key and C# the one with all fingers down and one pinky key. This wouldn't be so bad,but we have to play it at a really fast tempo and it's already in 16th notes. Any good,fast alternate fingerings? None of us have any clues whatsoever and our band director doesn't know either. Help? I've searched for some online already and haven't found any as of yet.

Okay so I play the clarinet. In a week,I'll play about 12 hours-20 hours including band time. Ie been playing for a while,4.5 years to be exact. Just recently I've been getting bad pains in my wrists. They're kinda like as if someone was pulling them really hard. Also my fingers hurt really bad and pop really easily. What can I do? It's been slowly affecting my playing now. Any ways I could excerize them to make them feel better?
