I'm in a government class at a community college and unfortunately my lack of desire to learn in this class is reflected in my grades. There are only 4 exams and no quiz's. I've got a 76, 66 and a 64. The last exam is coming up next week.

I'm just wondering if I'm already going to fail or if I can make it up in the next exam -- which isn't likely.

I'm planning a simple walk out at the end of my shift tomorrow.

I'm going to simply drop a letter of resignation in my supervisors box.

I've only worked there one day and I just don't like how things are going.

My question is, how do I go about getting my check for the time I was there? I really don't want any contact with them after I leave tomorrow.

I took my first job today and I've already decided that it is not the atmosphere or career field I want to be in.

I didn't sign a contract and I don't remember reading anything about quitting.

I really hate confronting people about things like this, especially when it's on my second day. How can I quit without feeling awkward?

I simply want nothing to do with the place. I would rather pick up my check tomorrow and block their phone number and not show up again.

I was playing the game fine for a few days, then it all went to crap. Buildings wouldn't load, roads wouldn't load, etc. I figured that my 3 year old video card was going out, so I bought a new one (nothing great, but better than the one I had), and it was even worse with that card.

I play about four different games that require a good graphics card. I'm dealing with a Radeon 9600SE that is awful.

I don't want to spend much, and will probably buy used. I need it to run games fast (GTA San andreas, Swat 4, etc).

Lately, I've been starting to run slower in Grand Theft Auto San Andreas and things such as the road, buildings and landscape take awhile to load as I'm driving along.

I have a Radeon 9600SE, but no settings I do seem to fix the problem. And today, for a short moment, my whole game went multi-colored purple.

Trying to get some late night work done...

I downloaded a series of .rar files (6 to be exact). They are all different size files and each one makes me extract it once, then extract the actual files in it... if that makes sense.

The problem is that they all have the same files in it when I extract them. They are all different sizes, so I know that they aren't all the same.
