I have a friend that I have known since childhood, and she constantly brings up jokes that I don't do anything. I am now engaged and she has made jokes that my ring is shiny because I never get my hands dirty. Today I finally asked her why she constantly says this. Her reply was that my older sister, who had been friends with her first as they are closer in age, always complained I didn't have chores. She said she believes her as I always was in my room whenever she was over, or watching TV. I realize now she is stuck on how she saw me as a child of 10. Now of course I had chores, but I don't want to be petty and go into details with her as why am I defending myself over something so stupid? I have told her before I had chores but she doesn't believe me. I don't want to get in an argument with her over this as it is silly; yet I wish she would stop.She is now telling my fiancee that I need to clean more but he has defended me by telling her that I clean his apt when I am over.Honestly this is stupidly bizarre. Why do you think she is still obsessed on this notion that I don't clean or do anything? The way she announces what she thinks of my doing chores are quick jabs where she laughs and then talks about something else soon after. I feel like if I were to go back to what she said and try to talk to her in more detail that it will result in a fight. I'm annoyed that she's stuck in the past. Why is she always bringing this up? I don't live with her so I don't understand this.

I'm looking to learn more about buddhism, I read up on zen buddhism with some library books but I'm interested in something that I can own that will be of some inspiration for me as buddhism has helped me out so far.

I received my contact lenses today, FL CB in Blue. I wear reguarly AirOptix for astigmatism and they are fine. But these colored ones, i kept seeing blurry like out of the corner of my eyes. And it was so annoying it was almost like it was hard to see. It gave me a headache and now my eyes hurt a little. I'm just wondering, do color Toric lenses usually feel uncomfortable or blurry? I dont know how soon to contact my Dr. or the company I bought them from etc.

I only have Black ink for my printer. When I go to the Print options preferences, I click Black ink only so that color sentences images etc get printed out in black and white etc.

I'm trying to print out a Riteaid coupon, and the Red sentence that says "30 prints for $4," wont show up, but everything else is in black. Im confused. The other day this happened for something else as well that had color that i wanted to print. The only thing I did recently for my PC is a few Windows upgrades and the upgrade to the new Internet Explorer. I cant find anything to fix this.

I was thinking of getting a HP mini or dell mini. But upon researching the reviews, some people have said that they dont freeze, yet they can go super slow.

I want a decent laptop as I am a college student and I usually take half of my classes online and I want something that can handle Word documents and the basics like that.

Also, do all of the mini laptops have wifi? Or do you have to buy a special laptop or something?

I work part time at my jr. college. Our time sheets are weekly, I turned in 3 last week, and this past monday I received my first check for the week I worked in January, but I have not got the other 2.

Since I turned the time sheets in late (we didn't have the time sheets until school started), am I going to just have to wait and get one check a week?

I'll have to call the payroll office on Tuesday when they are open I know, but its bothering me, the checks are being mailed and I just hope they didnt get lost.

How to Transfer a call at work?

I dont know why I cant remember this...I have asked like 4 times but keep forgetting..I'd hate to ask again..I feel like I look so silly, like theres something seriously wrong with me, however i work part time and i've been there for a week or so..so I dont know if I should know this by now, I guess i should.

Anyways, I cant remember what type of phone exactly it is but it looks like the Cisco 7960, It's a Cisco but im not sure exactly what model, but it looks about the same.

All I can remember is something about putting the person on Hold, then dial the extention and hit transfer.

But somewhere I am leaving out a main peace of info, I actually did transfer a call once, LOL. But im not sure if I hit the # or put the phone down.

If someone uses this style of transferring can you please help with the specific directions?

Why would a student not be able to apply for the next semester, if they have a hold since the previous semester. Like, what is the hold? My friend told me they cant apply at all cuz of a hold thats still not released from last semester. Just wondering what is this 'hold'. As I did not experience it.

I'm a full time student, i got a job on campus, but they could only give me 10 hours a week, at $8 dollars an hour. I live in california also. I'll be making $80 each week. I know i only had a 1 on my w-4.

My pc freezes and goes super slow sometimes, so i restart, then a light blueish screen pops up and says Installing 1-3 of updates.

I have a hp computer with windows vista. Does anyone know whats installing? im trying to figure it out so I can have the updates manually installed not just automatic.

i thought i could handle. but i get too deprssed. last night i fell..and the trays fell on me..andmy parents yelled..im still a bit out of sorts..hard to type n walk. i dont now...i need them to fall asleep or else i stay up till 8 am.but i nee d tm im so deprssed. i dont think im addicted i dont do it all the time. last night i took 40 before i took 25 when i was really down. their just 30mg of restoril i know their not that tough.but apparently i went weird binge ate, i dont remember n callapsed anybody half problemds like this how do u deal with it?:(

I remember this movie years ago that I watched, i barely remember it, LOL. but the story was interesting. It was about like a gangster or criminal and he has this girlfriend, but she leaves him and goes to make herself an honest living, but cant deal with it. And one day sits down like at a park, where she looks down at her tattered shoes, as she is now working and not wealthy when she had her criminal bf she was with. Ok so when she looks down at her shoes theres a shadow,and its him, she looks up and she just immediately goes back to him as she is giving up her working life.

And then something about the ending is that, he dies in the end,murdered. And then she has no where to turn to now as he saved her before but yeah that was the ending..

My website is taking forever to load on some pages, my fjrend joked for me to get highspeed instead of dsl :p i know..but for my customers who have dsl..yeah this will be trouble too. My photos KB's are much to large. I tried cropping the images,but that still didn't work.

Does anyone know how to lower the KB on godaddy?

I want to know how some websites have large photos,many on one page without freezing or stalling.

Im doing the math of the credits,and the classes and the 2 year time frame, but how can someone graduate in time with an Associates degree if full time is 4 classes,and 95% of the classes are 3 units,and you need 60 units to graduate in 2 years??? I want to be a elementary teacher,so what im going for shows 32 credits of child development classes,but then it shows it includes 3 units of a lower English class i have to take,yet that class shows NDA in the college catalog.

I guess i better write down all my questions and go see the counselor...lol.

I called bank of america,because I have a balance with them on one card,the introductory rate stopped last month,and now I cannot afford the Minimum balance as I cannot find a job. The person I spoke to said there is no offers right now as in the 0%apr etc etc. But they recommended I call the # on my bill, I believe he said its a credit counseling that helps you pay all your credit cards in one sum each month.

Anyways,for people who have done this,is it worth it?

Are you allowed to at least have 1 credit card,in case of an emergency?
