My Silky Terrier has dry skin and she scratches and chews to help relieve it the itch. When this happened last time, we gave her an Aveeno bath each week and that seemed to help. Our groomer suggested that we get a spray in conditioner that you leave on her fur. Is there anything I can do in the mean time to help her out until the baths start working and the groomer opens so I can buy that conditioner?

Oh and it's not fleas or mosquitoes, she takes all the meds that are supposed to prevent them. Thanks!

I have tried so many things, and nothing has worked. Some made my acne worse, some made my face so oily it was horrible. Help!

Ok, so where I work the general manager hired his stepdaughter. She's been here for a good 2 months and should be picking things up by now. But all she does is her homework and neglects the work around her. I told her from the very beginning that she could do homework IF and only if she didn't neglect things. Should I say something to the GM? I mean, I've given her plenty of opportunities to catch up and redeem herself, but nada. There was a similiar incident that occurred earlier on where he hired his girlfriends son. This guy was nothing but a waste of time and money, but no one would say anything b/c he was the girlfriends son. Is there a right way to go about doing this, or am I doomed to deal with insufficient work?

I am in the market for a new home radio and saw a pretty cool Memorex one. But I don't know anything about Memorex....are they a pretty good brand?

I'm at work, where Hook is on the big screen tv, three pilots are sitting on the couches, ones on the phone cussing like a sailor, and the other two and waiting for the coffee to finish brewing.....other than that.....nothing

I know you are supposed to water them by sitting the pot in a bowl or bigger pot of water b/c if you wanter them by the leaves, it will rot. But what are some other things to help me be successful in growing?

For Christians, Atheists and what ever you are, why can't you just let people believe in what they want to believe and not say anything about it?! Ok, it's a freedom of speech thing, but honestly it's quite annoying. Believe in what you want to believe in and stop whinning about others that don't believe in the same thing! I'm probably going to get a few replies that are less than desirable, but at this point, I don't care. If someone pushes a belief on you, just IGNORE IT! Don't worry so much about everyone else and their beliefs.......I'm sorry, in the past 15 minutes I have seen at least 7 different posts that have to do with all this....i'm just frustrated.

It's not the same scenerio happening over and over, but in a lot of my dreams it's like I am blind. I can open my eyes and see, but it's really blurry and bright. So blurry and bright that I can't keep them open. This happens alot and in a bunch of different situations. Does anyone know what this means? Please only serious answers.

I don't get to get my hair cut too often and I was wondering if there was a good shampoo, conditioner, or anything to that manner that helped to keep the split ends at a minimun.

Last night I went to go feed my beta fish and he was gone. No trace of him could be found. Tore apart the fish tank, looked all around to see if he had jumped out. Nada. No sign of him anywhere. I know that fish jump out of tanks all the time, but this one never did. He barely swam around much less jumped. (he was lazy). Any clues to what could have happened.

My bf and I have been dating 4 years on July 21 and I was wondering what are some good gift ideas? Normally I would buy him a couple of things and then make something (one year I put a whole bunch of pictures of us together for a collage, things like that), just for the special significant purpose. This year, I'm SO out of ideas. Store bought and crafty ideas welcome!
