today it seems YA is not showing any answers in any topic newer than 30 min old.. I asked a question like 15 min ago and it still hasn't shown up and every topic I got to every question is older than 30 min today. I have tried logging in and out.. is this happening to anyone else today

I am looking at leasing another horse to ride. I'm sorry if this gets long or too confusing. I finally got everything worked out to go see/ ride this horse im looking at leasing. It was also my first experience with gaited horses as Ive never ridden them before. My first impressions were that the barn was immaculate, and being an older horse he was in great shape. After we got there they took him out and we looked him over and I was told he was just trimmed so his one leg was sore due to a short trim and he was off on it, but he was still sound and fully rideable.. he just threw a bad step every once and a while because of it. First I got to ride their other horse to see what a difference it would be riding a qh/ gaited horse. He was a smaller horse but was a great ride I got to ride him for about 30-35 min and the first 20 min he was perfect then he seemed to tire almost instantly and I could feel the ride quality suffer so I got off. I'm roughly the same size as the person who owns the horse and supposeidely they ride this horse on trails for hours and hours.. but he seemed beat after 30 min walking/ trotting. Then came the gaited horse he rode well the first few laps, but I couldn't keep him at speed.. he kept wanting to speed up and change gaits without cues.. then the limping started first every couple of steps.. then within 15 min it was almost constant and I could tell he was in pain so again I got off. I was reassured it was just due to a trim. I loved the horse otherwise and the barn was like textbook perfect and everyone there was nice. They told me they were taking the gaited horse on an all day trail ride this week.. and if he was limping I wonder if that will be worse. My issue is that when I first got started in horses I had no one to help me out and I got taken by someone who said a superficial limp would go away and it turned out the horse was badly lame and needed shots to even walk. And they have miles of awesome trails and I want to get into trail riding but the horses seem to be done after 20 min of walking, I dont see how they go all day under their owner. I told them if the limp doesent go away I am not interested but they told me I can ride their other horse for a few days if hes still sore, but he couldn't carry me very long it felt like. I also told them I wont make a decision before this coming weekend as I want to see how the trail ride affects them, but they are pushing me for an answer.. I just want to know if Im crazy for having second thoughts or wanting to wait and see how he does?

Over the last couple of years I quit watching american idol, as with all the judges changes, and not so many good talent as early seasons.. imo..( yes some people were good).. but today I read that nicki minaj is the newest judge.. that made me officially think this show just put the last nail in its coffin... how can someone with absolutely no talent who uses autotune to make music be a judge on that show.. why not let william hung judge? I mean keith urban has some hits, mariah carey used to be a hitmaker... nicki minaj lokks like she worked at mcdonalds

My favorite band.. I think the lead singer is a genius, most of their albums are cover to cover good, and most people in the USA haven't heard of them. I have seen them live 4 times, they sound exactly like cd, no studio magic. I was wondering if anyone actually had heard of them

About a week ago our kitchen sink started losing water pressure.. then it got down to just a trickle, so I looked online for ideas to help, I unbolted main tube from sink and tried blowing it out, and removing screen from faucet, and neither fixed the problem.. and two days ago it spread to our dishwasher and washing machine, and now today the bathroom sink and shower, it seems the longer time goes the worse it gets.. I hear the well pump kicking on, and it was replaced last year as the old one had quit from old age.. any ideas would be helpful.. I need water in the house

I have always been interested in tennessee walkers/ ssh etc, and I have been considering buying one, but I thought I would like to see the breed in person and ride one first, as I have never ridden a gaited horse before, but there seems to be no place at all that will give a lesson or give you the ropes of a gaited horse before you buy it, I don't want to buy a horse without riding it first and knowing what to expect, only place I found is actually in Tennessee.. not driving that far..lol would prefer Illinois/ indiana/ some parts of michigan/ohio would be best but don't want to drive 500 miles

so I went out to pick up dinner today and I saw a killer 1970 chevelle ss 396 bucket seats 4 speed, no it wasn't mint and definately needed resto, but was solid.. a teenager came out and I said nice car man.. he scowled at me and said I hate this old piece of S**t my jaw dropped, the car I always wanted is not a pos.. I asked him if he would ever sell it, and he said he wouldn't sell it but trade it for an 07 and up civic si coupe with a stick.. I wanted to kick him... WHAT IS WRONG WITH PEOPLE !!!

just like the title says, once or twice a month I have to go into a busy building downtown and drop off something to an office in a highrise, before I go I make sure I eat taco bell or something with extra fire sauce wait till the gasses start flowing then go wait for the crowded elevator and when I have to fart get in its so funny to watch peoples faces when you let out a sbd that smells like death

clearance was talking with my wife today about the bulb in our kitchen and it dawned on me how old it is, I bought it when I worked for a store in 1998-1999 and it was in the clearance bin. I paid like 7-8 bucks for it at the time, as I got sick of the bulbs blowing out in my room. That bulb has been running since then. It has been to 3 residences already and never seems to go out.. It is over my stove as we speak, I'm just wondering if thats some kind of record..lol
