I am having major trouble with the place we got our singlewide from. We put our land up for the singlewide and since 2002 we have been having to pay $50 more a year on our payments. Suppose to be for insurance that they pay a year ahead of time and I do not recall anything stating we HAD to keep insurance through them. Our payment is almost $600 a month and we are close to losing our home of 6 years. If anyone can help, please let me know A.S.A.P. Thanks.
