i have a 4yr old nephew who i recently discovered has atleast 4 gray strands of gray hair on his head, what could this mean? is it possible for a toddler to be stressed out,im really worried about this.

i eat a bowl of oatmeal for breakfast and drink 2 cups of water,for lunch more water and maybe two oranges sliced or an apple,and for dinner(before 6pm) i eat a salad. if i get hungry through the day i will drink water and nothing else.i weigh myself every morning, i get depressed when i see my weight the same or just a pound lighter, whats wrong with me?
