what happened to the mother on the show"thats so raven" and did they say why she left the show?`?

i am a big fan of the show and i was just wondering

    Tanya Baxter left the show after the episode "Food for Thought". She has been mentioned many times since, but has not been seen since. Instead, the characters refer to her as having traveled to Britain to study law further. Despite her disappearance, Keymah was still credited for the remaining six episodes of season three. On Keymah's official website, it states that she agreed to play Tanya Baxter for three seasons only. However, some state that Keymah left the show after creative differences.

    Well in i epsiode they said well since your mothers in egnland. but i don't no why she left the show in real life.
