  • What is the most forgetful thing you have ever done?

I live in Florida and my neighbor took an Alaskan cruise and took his little dog with him. He left him with a sitter in Anchorage as it would not be practical to take him. He paid for one week but his mother got sick and he cut his visit short and came home after five days. However he completely forgot about his dog and it was only after the seven days had gone and he got a call about the dog that he totally remembered about him.

I say he really did not want the dog as someone would not totally blank out on a loved one. He swears it was only forgetfulness and had him shipped down several days later.

  • For the states that have laws forbidding gay marraiges can those laws be overturned and by who.?

I live in Florida and my local councilman was speaking at a meeting and said it would be incredibly hard and take years to accomplish it, but he was not sure exactly what the process entails.

  • Does God answers all prayers?

Hypothetical speaking, a slave girl in 1700 America only has one request-to be free from slavery and tyranny. She goes to a little church every Sunday and puts her tithe in faithfully and only prays that one simple prayer. Yet she reaches the end of her life fifty years later and is still a slave. Nothing has changed for the better for her. The only freedom she will ever experience is when she dies. The platantion owner has one simple prayer, Lord give me more slaves so I can be prosperous. At the end of his life fifty years later, he is rich beyond his wildest dream and has fulfilled all his fantasy. Yet both people are saved and will both go to heaven. Why is one request granted and one wasn't.

  • Egg donation responsbility?

No probing questions please just answer without any judgement. Hypothetically speaking young woman wanted to help her other girlfriend have baby as girlfriend was not able to do so. the two friends injected husband's sperm with a turkey baster in young woman' womb. After baby was born the couple took baby and registered her in their name. To preserve anonimity all parties moved away to different countries and lost contact per arrangement.. No legal papers were signed. Since both women have similar look and ethnic background no questions were ever raised.

Fast forward to several months ago. Couple have now split, mother has completely fallen apart. On drugs, in and out of rehab, might not make it. Father became angry with mother and blurted out secret not knowing child was listening. Child has now become obsessed in finding the donor. Donor knows this as letter was left by birth father at college reunion office. Donor has absolutely no interest in meeting girl. WHATSOEVER!!

  • My pastor has behaved badly, what should I do?

I took some dinner over to my friends mother-in-law as she was not feeling well and was not able to attend church. When I got there the pastor's car was in the backyard so I went in the back door as it was opened and I assumed they would be in the living room. Imagine my surprise when I heard muffled sound coming from the bedroom. And before someone asked there was no mistaking what they were doing. I was so shocked I quietly tiptoed out and left without them hearing me. I am so disappointed at them both. He has seven children and a wife and he is always preaching family loyalty and respect. Miss 'D' is a widow and a volunteer at the church. I always respected her work ethic but now I wonder if she did that just to get to the pastor. My faith has just taken a beating and yes I know he is mortal and tempted like the rest of us but still I am so confused. Is changing churches the answer and should I say something to her? Please don't give me any flip or cute answers.

  • Do I have to share my inheritance with strangers?

My dad recently passed away and while going through his papers I found several articles in a local newspapers about 3 siblings who were trying to find their biological father. The newspaper was from a town where my dad was stationed during the Vietnam war. It mentioned that their mother abandonded them at a bus station and left. They were all under the age of 5 at the time. She left a note stating their military father had given her false information when she tried to contact him after he got deployed to Vietnam. And none of his family information turned out to be true so she had no choice but to leave them. The siblings were thankfully adopted together and now were trying to find their father. Their mother was found but by then had died of alcoholism . I swear one of the boys is the spitting image of my dad at that age. My question is am I legally obliged to let them know that my dad may be their dad also? I will not share my inheritance and I have all the family I need.
