Do I have to buy the Marvel Starter pack for Disney Infinity 2.0 to get to play the toy box starter pack?
My autistic son loves Disney infinity with all the disney characters but doesn't care for the Marvel characters. I want to get him only the 2.0 toy box starter pack since he will have no interest in the Marvel figures anyways. The Disney interactive website says it includes the disc and the base just the same as the marvel starter pack . All he really does is the toy box part anyways even if there was an issue. I've have tried to buy it several times only to be told by the clerks that you have to buy both which is quite expensive. Any answer would help thank you.

6 AnswersEmbassies & Consulates1 decade agodivorce after 4 kids and 18 years of marriage?
I am a stay at home mom for 18 years.I was 16 when I got married and my husband and I have 4 kids, one of whom is severely autistic. He expressed his desire for divorce to me last night and I don't know quite what to do with it. He has been the primary wage earner during these years except for a short time I worked in fast food(one year) in which he got very jealous and I quit. He also allowed me to go to school for one year and I earned my human services assistant certification( I've never used this due to fear involved to work again after jealousy issues with him.)Our kids are now 9 and up and all I do is sit here because of him I have also gained 30 lbs in the past year and am completely isolated with no friends/support system altogether. His basis for divorce is the fact recently I've been depressed and suicidal at times, he simply doesn't want to hear it. Additionally, I can't help because I am unisurable medically due to an episode of chrohn"s disease when I was younger. So I am basically stuck, I have bad teeth due to lack of insurance so no one will hire me and 6 years ago my credit and criminal were ruined by my husband's sister whom was on drugs and stole my identity, got arrested and used my name instead of hers. Because of my mental problems, he will probably get the kids so I am essentially in a spiralling situation with no hope it seems. Just looking for any support at this point, does anybody have any good advice?
7 AnswersMarriage & Divorce1 decade agoHelp, Can't seem to lose any more weight?
Hi I am a thirty something year old female 5/4 165lbs. I started dieting on 4/26 and have lost about 15 lbs however for the past week I have plateaued and haven't lost anything even though I've consistently done 1 hour and 300 calories a day workout on the wii fit and have only eaten 600-900 calories since the beginning of my diet. I'm a little discouraged since right now I'm to the point where I'm starting to feel weaker not better or stronger like I should be after losing 15lbs weight. Anyways, If anyone has any suggestions on anything I could do to step it up a little as I don't think I can cut back on calories anymore. Thank you.
2 AnswersDiet & Fitness1 decade agoDoes the Florida hwy patrol truly use telemarketers to get donations?
Just got a telemarketing call from a man stating he was a Highway patrol officer and was demanding money from me. When I said no to his demand, he got very rude and started accusing me of not having respect for law enforcement personnel. He also called me a liar when I told him I regularly donate to several agencies including the Police Athletic League in our area. Also before he hung up abruptly, he said; " thank you for wasting an officer's time."
Frankly, I really do not believe this is a true agency due to the fact, I've never had an officer talk to me that way and honestly would not want one protecting my family that is this rude.
3 AnswersLaw Enforcement & Police1 decade agoBlood pressure too high for extractions and dentures. Already payed for and made?
My husband went to get 15 extractions and dentures yesterday and when the Dr. took blood pressure it was 150/90. He said he was really nervous and he felt his heart pounding when it was taken. He also told the nurse this, but they told him no anyways and told him to go to his primary care Dr. for h.b.p. treatment. Dr. said that it has to be under 140/70 to get it done. He is 35 and has always had readings around 130/80 but never ever under 70. The dentist however gave him a script for valium before visit and told him absolutely no salt for 2 weeks. Also he needs a release from regular Dr. saying that he is in good health.
What is also frustrating is for the course of the past month the dentist has rescheduled him 3 times already for every reason in the book and has billed credit card wrong, overriding our no interest agreement with card. The first extractions (3) that dentist did (without taking Blood pressure I might add,) she complained the whole time that he tired her out that his jawbone was too strong for her but yet still agreed to pull the rest and take our money. Honestly, I believe the dentist is trying anyway to get out of this for one reason or other.
Any thoughts on this?

1 AnswerWords & Wordplay1 decade agoCan you violate an injunction by simply going past a neighbor's house?
Have a neighbor harassing and stalking me. Last week I filed an injunction against her when she tried to ram my car while I was passing her house. She is most likely going to file one on me now because every day this week she has called the police claiming I was following her, playing my music in my car too loud, etc( sometimes when she claimed this I was gone for the entire day getting my van serviced and getting my hair done.) The problem is if she does this, she will block my only way out of my property(live down a dead end) because I have to pass her house to leave. I have kids and have to take them to school. I have noone else that can do this for me. She has literally made my home a prison and will not let up no matter how much I try to avoid her.
1 AnswerLaw Enforcement & Police1 decade agoErroneous revenge injunction?
Have a neighbor who is stalking me. Have several police reports open regarding her trying to ram my car, waving, handguns at me and harassing my children at school. Yesterday I filed for an injunction and she is now banned from showing up at my children's school(she has kids that attend there as well.) Today she showed up at school and through an inside source, she stated that she'd would not allow me to dictate where she was allowed to be. Anyways, aside my fear of her stalking me, now I am concerned that she may file an erroneous injunction against me which may ruin my chances of ever landing a good job in my field of study(psychology.) I honestly wouldn't believe she would do this but have to put my mind to rest. You would think the judge would consider the fact that she is stalking me before approving such a request. Anyways,
anybody have any insight or opinions on this?
Thank you

2 AnswersLaw & Ethics1 decade agoAutistic son in group home just diagnosed with mrsa?
Hello I have a severely autistic 12 year old son that recently had to go to a group home because of violent behavior and to attend a special school. We usually get him on the weekends however, today we took him to the Dr. for a boil and it turned out to be mrsa. The Dr said we caught it early but I'm concerned about bringing him home this weekend and exposing his three siblings to this. Another thing is though, that right now I'm feeling incredibly bad about deserting him while he is dealing with this and am considering bringing him home regardless of the risk. What should I do? This is truly tearing me up inside.
2 AnswersOther - Diseases1 decade agoDifficult stalking situation.?
Hello
I have a crazy neighbor who for the past few months has been harrassing me. She is mad because I won't let her kids be friendly with my kids because they were diagnosed with a rare contagious parasitic disease. The only thing I ever said that she doesn't like is I told her for safety's sake please keep her kids away until they are well. Ever since then she has been leaving nasty texts and phone messages on my phone which I have now blocked them. Every thing was calm until the other day on the first day of school at the bus stop. The first day she got out of her truck, tried to get within my field of vision and stared at me with a devilish grin. I, of course turn the other way to avoid her. Yesterday afternoon she waited until I passed her house, then followed me and when I parked, she tried to hit my van while trying to get into an ideal position for her staring game(I have other parents as witnesses that saw the whole thing.) This morning as I passed her house, she of course waited until I got close to passing her driveway, then gunned her truck and almost hit me again. She even had her kids in her truck! Then at the bus stop she started staring at me again and me being nervous looked back at her and threw my hands in the air and said what!? I really don't know what to do, her kids go to the same school as my kids and are even in the same pod so I'll always have to be running into her and her antics.I know she's mentally unstable(has Bipolar) and insists on carrying a 22 pistol everywhere she goes( even at school and without a permit.) I don't think filing a restraining order will help because she will just retalliate by filing a fake one on me. This would make my kidsand my life more difficult substantially. All I want her to do is mind her own business and leave me alone. Any suggestions?
5 AnswersLaw Enforcement & Police1 decade agoSwine flu and school starting what to do?
Have 3 kids with asthma and concerned that kids may come in contact with swine flu. They normally ride a very crowded bus to school but knowing how this thing is spreading, I need to delay them from coming in contact with it until the vaccine is offered. Should I drive them to school to help them avoid it or should I not be so worried about it. My kids have been taught well as far as hand washing, covering mouth etc but many of these children that ride the bus with my kids are sometimes sent to school filthy with snotty noses(I've seen it a million times.) I do know that it's not that serious but isn't asthma one of the risk factors for complications? Just a little scared and need opinions.
5 AnswersInfectious Diseases1 decade agoWhat do I do about neighbor that's harrasing me for not wanting to be around her disease carrying kids.?
A few months back a new neighbor moved in with three kids my kids' age. For a time we got along fine although the mom was a little obsessive about wanting to be around us all the time. Another weird thing was that the mom was making B.F.F. drawings for me (not my kids) that resembled a 7 year old's artwork and bringing over her homemade cookies and fruit baskets while telling me how wonderful I was. Then I notice that about 2-3 days after my kids played with her kids, my kids developed weird high fevers in which one of them put my 8 year old in the hospital for 3 days and we still have not figured what was wrong. I also developed the same fever after they visited once as well. Since then, we have been trying to avoid them which then caused the mom to start calling me sometimes every 30 minutes for no reason regardless if I told her not to call me at certain times. At the begining of the end of speaking on good terms she informed me her kids tested positive as mrsa carriers and for amoebic worms. I immediately called our Dr. who also by chance in her kids Dr.as well and I asked about these conditions. The nurses then told me that they couldn't tell me much because of HIPPA laws but theysaid they recently had a family in that had a very rare and dangerous parasite(Child services and health department had to be called they also mentioned) and told me by all means avoid contact with them.
After this of course I explained to my neighbor for safety's sake we need to keep separated for a while. She then verbally attacks me saying that the worms are not contagious, that I'm being stupid and I need to let our kids play again. She then goes on a rant saying" how dare you keep my daughter away from her only friend and I ought to come over and slap some sense into you." Needless to say she certainly was flipping out and freaking me out at the same time.
Now since I blocked and made her number go directly to my voicemail she is calling me saying "I cleaned my f*****g house now can they play?","You better f*****g call me back" and putting her daughter up to leaving a million texts and voicemails. Also she has several times drove very slow past our house as if she were spying on us. Just the other day, she also threatened to show up to my oldest son's birthday party saying that her kids had a right be included (I then called her husband and left a message saying I would call the sheriff if she does, so she better not.) She really spoiled the atmosphere and scared some of my son's friends.
Since there really hasn't been any physical altercation yet do I still have grounds to get a restraining order or am I overreacting. Also, I don't think it would work anyways because it would also be against her 9 year old daughter which I feel bad about. What is also scary is that I know she carries a pistol illegally almost everywhere she goes and if she does show up here I certainly don't want to make her any madder.
Basically, I just don't know what to do next.
Any suggestions?
6 AnswersLaw Enforcement & Police1 decade agohow to make neighbor get a clue that I don't want my kids to play with her mrsa and worm infested kids?

4 AnswersInfectious Diseases1 decade agoAm I being rude by not letting my kids around neighbor kids that have a multitude of contagious diseases?
For months before today, my kids have been playing with neighbor kids that seem to be always sick and every time I do let them them play about 2 days later me or my kids get sick( Fever, sore throat and stomachache.) Until now when I put 2 and 2 together, I have considered it a coincidence but now I'm becoming very nervous about this. One of these visits caused my son to be in the hospital for an unknown high fever for 3 days. Also after I visited their house alone, I had a terrible persisitent fever without a cause as well. Recently, after we started avoiding them, they came over uninvited and told us that they are all mrsa carriers and thier kids just were diagnosed with worms. This freaked me out and I immediately called the pediatrician for advice. They couldn't say much because of privacy reasons but they said it would be really important for me to find out which worm they have for precautionary reasons. I then called the parents to ask them but they refused to tell me and said they got it from school (hard to believe.) Now to avoid them. I have been making up excuses why my kids cannot play(sick, going somewhere, etc.) Now the mother is bringing over homemade cookies, and cupcakes to try to be social again and just the day before yesterday, I told her how I felt about getting sick and she was okay with it. However yesterday, she brought them over unexpected again and I got mad and told them to stay away until they are done with their worm medicine(Only 2 out of 3 kids are being treated by the way.) Subsequently, the mom got mad and said I'm overreacting and that the kids aren't contagious so let them play. I can't though, it turns my stomach just thinking about letting them over at this point and probably will for a long time.
The really bad thing is that they live next door (in very bad conditions) and their kids watch my kids play outside everyday so I constantly have to tell my kids to stay in to avoid them. This situation is driving me crazy and don't entirely know if I'm just being germaphobic. Any ideas or comments on this would be helpful.
Thank you
6 AnswersInfectious Diseases1 decade agouninsured with weird fever(104), rash with bruises, joint pain and water retention?
I have had this for a little over two weeks following a toothache that resolved on its own but a few days later I developed a fever and now I have to take advil around the clock. I do not have insurance because I was involuntarily dropped when they found out I had Crohn's as a teenager. I am now deemed uninsurable by private insurance companies. Now I am trying really hard to let this run its course but when the fever spikes when I slightly miss my advil, then I get really forgetful and confused and my heart races. With the advil though, I manage fairly well except for minor stomach irritation (when you have 4 kid's including one with autism while in college full time, who has time to be sick? Right?) As of today, however I've developed a weird rash on my legs and severe fluid retention in my ankles to the point they feel like balloons. They don't really hurt though, just slightly uncomfortable. Also just a few hours ago I have noticed alot of tiny bruises all over my body even though with the advil I'm still coherent and able to write at this moment.
What's really scary though, is the fact my neighbors who visit often, at this moment are being treated for being MRSA carriers which they only just recently found out about it. They do not appear to be ill so this may be a long shot to believe this could make me sick.
The thing I'm wondering is this some simple virus that I can continue to get through at home or should I do something else.
I'm just really scared to go the e.r. because of all the fees, but i can't afford doctor bills, lab work, tests etc up front either.
However, I am also afraid that this may get overwhelmingly worse if I wait too long and then risk me not able to care for my children.
Frankly, I'm really scared at this point and so are my children even though I try extremely hard to pretend I'm alright.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Thank you
