Is telling someone a lie, then quickly telling the truth a joke or a lie?

I eat lots of vegetables and drink plenty of water. I usually pass motion everyday. But sometimes the urge to pass motion goes away when I go to the toilet.

My question was "Is baking nuggets possible with an oven?" and it was deleted. I did not write anything offensive or inapropriate. It was asked 3 months ago.

I'm having insomnia very often. Reading books, listening to music and drinking milk don't work for me.

I don't usually feel tired when I go to bed.
