This is a copy and paste of an email I received following my response to a very demeaning to lesbians question. Since this user is hiding all her questions and answers, I found no way to report her, but have found a way to know the next time she posts any question. I think her question was removed, but that did not stop her from this vile attack in my email and thought I would ask .. if you got this email, would you think perhaps you struck a nerve or the truth?

The mission statement seems to say

Yahoo! Answers strives to make the community a safe and enriching place by encouraging our members to conduct themselves with a high degree of integrity, decency, and respect.

How have they encouraged decent respectful conduct by allowing repreat offenders who condone, support and encourage violence, intolerance and hatred ?

How as a community could we encourage everyone to stop answering the obviously illegitamate questions and just rate and report the repeat offenders?

It really is not worth 2 points to encourage them.(and if it is worth it to you.. why???)

As members of the LGBT community, their friends and/or supporters,

We respectfully petition yahoo answers to take punitive action against the repeat offenders in this catagory who condone, promote and actively participate in gay bashing, harrasment, cloning and spreading hatred.

Currently known offenders (those who habitually make post after post) with no other purpose than to do the above listed items are:

Since we believe many of these handles are the same person, we request tracing to the source computer and a banning of that computer for access to your domain u

We are also quite sure there are enough of us that would volunteer for monitoring positions for this catagory, or perhaps you could make asking questions limited to those who have answered a given number of questions in this catagory without significant thumbs down to their answers.

An Ohio nun is being turned out for having breast cancer. The church is saying they cannot "afford" her treatment. The Catholic church very well could be the wealthiest religion going, so how can you defend the church for this obscene action?
