It's not as if price is a minute detail. Besides, it comes off as extremely pretentious and straight-out chi-chi to not list a price. "Price upon request" is really another way of saying, "If you have to ask, you can't afford it," when in reality, anyone who can afford it probably doesn't have the time to track down a customer service rep to ask for its price.

We really should institute adult trick-or-treating. That was always the most fun part of Halloween, and besides, it's not like candy stops tasting good when you grow up.

My boyfriend's ex-girlfriend called him last week, saying she and a few friends will be in the area. She asked if they can stay at his place, and he said sure. They've remained friends since breaking up 2 years ago, and he's told me he has no feelings for her other than as a friend. In any case, I told him that I found it very disrespectful that he would make that decision without asking me or considering my feelings, and he conceded that he understands my feelings and he's sorry, but he did nothing to fix it (i.e. he still let them stay, and I'm pretty sure they're still there).

He's tried to contact me once since our argument, but I haven't responded, and he hasn't tried to contact me again all weekend. I don't necessarily want to break up with him, but I only want to be with him if he demonstrates that he really wants to be with me. Should I wait for him to try again, or should I get back to him first? If the latter, what do I even say? I'm obviously still pissed.
