We have always used solid pools covers. Well over the past few years they have gotten so cheap that water now seeps through them. When I remove the water off the cover I am now emptying the pool. i have heard of a new cover made by LoopLoc. It's called LoopLoc Ultra. It's solid but has two big squares of mesh in the middle that water can drain through. Does anyone have one. What do you think is the best pool cover. I never used the mesh ones because when you open the pool you have a green swamp. I prefer solid.

I have a steep hill in front of my house. When it rains the water floods the front yard and becomes a soggy mess. I was think of installing some pvc pipe with drain holes on the botton and diverting the water some where else. Not sure if this is how to do it.
