Will this damage my friends car?
For April Fools day, I plan on filling a friends car with balloons, and taking red hair coloring spray(temporary) and spraying a message on her car. Being that the spray is temporary, I am assuming it will not stain her car. Does anyone know for sure if it will? All answers are appreciated, and happy April Fools day! :)
2 AnswersOther - Cars & Transportation9 years agoWhy is my enlarger projecting rounded images?
I've been making prints in the darkroom for the past 2 days with medium format negatives, but for some reason the enlarger(set up only to be used with medium format) is projecting my images rounded only on the bottom corners. The top corners are projected perfectly square. I've adjusted nearly everything on the enlarger and nothing seems to be working, and it's ruining all of my prints. I've tried raising the enlarger up higher and selecting only a very small portion of the image to print, but it's still ruining my images. Can anyone help figure out the problem?
1 AnswerPhotography10 years agoMedium format film focal lengths compared to 35mm?
I'm looking to purchase a lens for my Mamiya RB67, which uses 6x7cm(120) film, and I'm wondering what focal length to get. I was wondering if I got a 90mm lens for my Mamiya, what lens on a 35mm film camera would look visually the same? I'm also wondering if I put a 50mm lens on a camera with a 35mm sensor, what lens on a Mamiya would visually look the same? Any help is appreciated.
3 AnswersPhotography1 decade agoCheap medium format film cameras? "Kiev" any good?
I've been wanting to get a medium format film camera, but I'm trying to stay under $300(which is near to impossible). A friend suggested Kiev medium format film cameras (specifically the 88C). But, they're Soviet knockoffs. I've looked for reviews on these cameras, but I can't find any. Does anyone know of any cheaper medium format, waits level viewfinder film cameras? I've looked at a few Mamiya, Hasselblad, and Bronica, but I can't find any under kits $300 or so.
6 AnswersPhotography1 decade agoIf I purchase an unlocked phone, will/can my current carrier supply it with phone service?
I've had my Sanyo Incognito for almost a year now, and it's getting pretty beat up. My current phone service is through Boost Mobile, and they don't exactly have the best phones. I was wondering if I could purchase an unlocked phone, iPhone 4g for example, and have service to that phone added through Boost Mobile. Does anyone know if they will do that, or if ANY carrier will do that?
2 AnswersCell Phones & Plans1 decade agoHow much does the US government spend on law enforcement each year?
I need to use this piece of information for my debate on Death Penalty (pro).
I need to know how much the US government spends on law enforcement, and how much the government spends on hiring the judges that see those(meaning the criminals that law enforcement arrest) cases.
State your sources too, please.

3 AnswersProgramming & Design1 decade agoIn your opinion, are the officials in our government too "comfortable"?
Thomas Jefferson himself said that government officials should not get too comfortable with their jobs. They should always have a certain fear of the people, because we have the power to rebel and remove them from office.
In the upper ranges, government officials earn upwards of $250,000. Not including the benefits they receive, AND their pay, AFTER their term has ended?
We appreciate your service, but I think the benefits they receive are WAY too much.
Why are we not cutting THEIR salaries for the greater good of the United States of America?
2 AnswersGovernment1 decade agoHow to make computer accessible to wifi networking?
For the 7th time, we have had Windows Vista re-installed onto my mother's school Dell laptop. Unfortunately, when it was installed, none of the proper software was included for setting up a wireless connection. When I attempt to connect to a network, it says no networks are available. When I click "Diagnose this Problem" it tells me "This computer does not have a wireless network adapter installed and configured." But when I click "Install wireless networking" it tries to take me to the internet, which Har Har, I can't connect to. Smart programmers, huh? Could anyone help me figure out how to get my laptop up and running on WiFi again?
4 AnswersComputer Networking1 decade agoShould I trade my DSLR for an older model..?
Recently I got an offer from a friend, and he wants me to trade my Canon EOS XSi for his Canon EOS 30D. I'm not quite sure if I should. The 30D has better construction and more of a "professional" layout to the camera, but the XSi has a better processor and more MP. Help me decide if I should trade?
3 AnswersPhotography1 decade agoAre there any 3rd party films compatible with the Polaroid Automatic 210 Land Camera?
I recently purchased the Polaroid Automatic 210 Land Camera, and I've been looking for film that is compatible with it. I have found that 600 film is NOT compatible, but 664, 665, 667, 669, and 690 film packs are. I've looked these packs up, and the 664 is really the only one I can find, but all has expired exactly as I predicted. So I"m wondering if there isn't a 3rd party company or another pack of Polaroid film that is compatible with my model of camera. Thanks.
2 AnswersCameras1 decade agoHow do I deep condition my dyed hair?
My hair is, in my opinion, fairly damaged. My hair has been dyed quite a few times. I've had blonde highlights, then to red hair, then I had my hair bleached 3 times, and now currently my hair is a rich red auburn color which I dyed just yesterday. My hair is very thick, and is about to the middle of my back. I was wondering how do I deep condition my hair while helping the red not fade, because I know that red is a very hard color to keep because the hair follicle can't close around the color well (my mom is a hair stylist). I've seen some deep conditioning rituals use heat to help the moisture stick, but I'm afraid that if I really open the follicle that the color will fade a lot. Can someone help guide me in the right direction to get my hair back to normal? All answers appreciated.
3 AnswersHair1 decade agoAre my older Minolta lenses compatible with a newer body model?
Recently, my old-ish Minolta Maxxum 7000 has stopped working. I am looking to purchase a newer Minolta model, preferably the 700si. I have 3 lenses that work with my Maxxum 7000. A 28mm, 50mm, and a 70-210mm lens. I believe that they are all Alpha Mount lenses, and they are Auto Focus lenses. I was wondering if those older lenses are compatible with the newer 700si body. Thanks!
2 AnswersCameras1 decade agoWhy am I having troubles with my blackra1n 3.1.2 jailbreak?
I jailbroke my iPod touch 2nd generation (with 3.1.2 firmware) with blackra1n. I installed all 3 apps from blackra1n, Icy, Cydia, and Rock. But, whenever I go to install themes from any of them, my themes don't display on my iPod. Does anyone know why? I used Windows Vista, but I assume that that's not the problem.

4 AnswersMusic & Music Players1 decade agoMy computer is stuck on this screen when I start it up, what do I do?
When my computer starts up normally, it will go to the Compaq logo screen. Then it will go to a black screen with the cursor flashing in the corner briefly, then it will continue with the start up. Now, it will stay on the Compaq logo screen longer than usual and then it will switch to the cursor screen but the cursor will flicker. No matter how long I leave it, it doesn't change. I've entered setup (F10) but it doesn't change anything. Do I need to take it in and have it repaired?

We have to do a performance tomorrow, and we have to wear a lime green shirt and blue jeans. But the bad thing is, we have to tuck the shirt in! I want to know if there is any way to make yourself look skinnier without having to go out and buy anything. And I don't have one of those wraps.
