  • Best at home gym equipment?

So i worked out all summer but now that school has started im arlready getting out of shape and i dont have time to go to the gym so i need some stuff for my house. I dont have a whole lot of room, so what types of things would be the best to have? Like would small a barbell dumbell set be the best, or just a pull up bar, or some random free weights? I am almost 17 and i am not the strongest but i would probably need weights from like 25lbs for curls to like 70lbs for chest type stuff.

Any advice on home gym equipment would be great too.

    thnx!

  • Large Container Ideas?

I have four large rectangular planters (around 4' long by 3' tall and around 20" wide) and i have to plant them. I am thinking bulbs like irises, hyacinth, crocus, and daffodils because they are cost effective(this is for my public high school) but i would like something that keeps some kind of color/interest in the winter months here by Washington DC.

Any suggestions are welcome wether they include bulbs or not.

    thanks so much.

  • Basic in Soil planter?

So i am planting the rooftop garden of my high schools green building and the soil is pretty shallow. So i was thinking i could make some large pots (biggest would be maybe 4'Wx4'Dx3'H). I was thinking i could just make the planters bottomless and stick them into the soil of the rooftop garden which around half a foot deep. What kind of wood would i use to make these (preferably the cheapest option) i plan on painting these too so are their like water proofing or sealing pants for the wood? Would i need to brace the planter inside them? How would i do this?

    Thanks So Much.

  • Rooftop gardening plant suggestions?

So for my AP Environmental Science class at my high school em and a group of friends are planting the rooftop garden at our school's new green building and i was hoping someone could give me a list of good plants. We have pretty shallow soil but we are thinking about making taller giant pots to place in the beds so we can have deeper areas. What would be some good plants? We are right outside DC and their are parts of the garden that get full say and some spots that are partial sun.

    THANKS.

  • Samsung Impression Computer Syncing Question?

So i know the Impression comes with Samsungs program for syncing stuff with a PC but i have a Mac and that software wont work. My iMac has bluetooth and so does the impression so can i transfer, pics, video, and especially music over bluetooth to the Samsung Impression? or should i just use a USB cable?

Also I know the Impression is compatible with AAC music files... but in itunes alot of the music says its a 'Purchased AAC" file... not a protected one i know those wont work, but i think since Itunes when DRM free it says Purchased instead of Protected. With these purchased AAC files work on the Impression?

Also can i cut part of a song in Garageband and put it on my Impression and use it as a ringtone? How small does it have to be and what file format?

    thnx.

  • Best Phone on each carrier?

So me and my family are getting a new cell phone plan in a few weeks and i was wondering what are the best phones for the following carriers?

    AT&T

    Verizon Wireless

    just an opinion

    thnx!

  • letstalk.com trustworthyness?

Has anybody ever used letstalk.com to get cell phones and cell phone plan? Me and my family are having a hard time chosing which carrier and this sight has great prices for phones and a nice way of laying out plan options, but it seems almost too good be true. It does have a few seals from like 'cnet shopper' and like security ones but none from like phone carriers, AT&T or Verizon Wireless. although all the plan options and details match from the official websites ( wireless.att.com, vzw.com, etc) but the phones themselves are way cheaper, mostly with better mail in rebates.

    Is it trustworthy?

    thnx.

  • Best Websites to buy Cell Phones and New Service Plan?

Me and my family are about to switch carriers and get a new phone plan and new phones because our old phone plan is ending. I was wondering what are the best online sites to get your new plan and cell phones? Should i just go to the service providers website (ex wireless.att.com) or are their other Authorized dealers that have better deals?

I know Amazon has the phones for cheaper but i cant figure out how to add some features the plan like family shared unlimited txts and stuff like that. Any other sites like this?

  • BioCube light Ballast not working?

I have a biocube 14 and it was working perfectly for about 2 weeks and then all of a sudden one morning one of my 24 watt light ballasts(one of eth ones that is included with the tank) stopped working. I took off the light cover and i switched the bulbs and both bulbs worked so it has to be the ballast. How do i fix this problem? it's slowing me down setting up my nano reef tank. Should i just call Oceanic and get a new one? will they do that? or can i try to fix it myself?

  • saltwater snails acting funny?

so i just got 5 saltwater snails yesterday and they started in clump from their experience in the bag(LOL) and they finally got off of each other and moved around a lil but for almost 24 hours now they have been at the waters edge, there are two groups of two of them and then one by itself. What are they doing? Are they laying eggs? If so how the heck to i get rid of the eggs/baby snail? Because right now all i have is live rock/sand and 5 tiny blue legged hermits that are like a quarter of the size of the snails. I know some fish and stuff will eat them but my tank isnt quit ready for fish yet... HELP.

  • sand sifting critters for a nano reef?

So i am starting a nano reef (14 gallon Biocube) and i was wondering about inverts or fish that sift the sand? I assume that they dig through teh sand and i guess clean it, but what exactly do they do? Also what are some good sand sifting inverts or fish or whatever for my tank? I will have coral, other inverts(snails, tiny hermits, shrimp) and probably 2 occellaris clownfish.

also what are just some good inverts or fish to have on my clean up crew? I already have a few of those tiny blue legged hermits and some snails.
