  • Reporting a rape a month later?

My ex showed up at my house a month ago and raped me in my sleep. I wasn't physically hurt, just scared when I woke up to it. at first I didn't move, startled, and I was half asleep and he was familiar to me, but then I told him to get off of me and pushed him and he came a few seconds later. He started coming around again but I wouldn't let him in my house and my friends are telling me to report it. What will come of reporting a month later?

  • Is it illegal to get someone to give you cash for swiping your credit card?

My ex was using my credit card for a while, promising to pay back what he spent (that didn't all happen). Huge charges between 150-175 dollars started showing up for one particular bar. I asked him about it and he said they were mistakes and he'd fix them or pay me back. They were never fixed and so I disputed them with my card company and my ex didn't pay them back bc the charges were taken back. A month later the charges came back in my card and I found out from a friend that my ex was having the bartender swipe my card for 100+ more per transaction to get cash so he could get drugs. Is this illegal?? Can I do something about this with either the bar, my card company, or the police??

  • How to cope with a breakup where your ex hates you?

Don't get me wrong. I hate him too. But the last thing he said to me was "lose my number, goodbye." He stole 3,000$ from me, treated me terribly, and after everything, I still miss him. I hate that all those good times can't happen again bc he hates me. Oh, and he hates me bc we were still sleeping together after we broke up and I told his current girlfriend. He demanded I "fix it" and I told him no. How can I get over this? I've had breakups before that hurt way way less but this one is killing me and how it ended is killing me. I've blown his phone up about the money he took and of course get no reply. I've told him terrible things, just trying to hurt him back and it doesn't help. How do I get over this?

  • Small claims and whether or not money was a gift?

I had a credit card my boyfriend and I used, but mostly my boyfriend. He got a drinking problem and racked up 3k in debt on the card and we broke up. He had been lying about most of the purchases, saying they were accidental charges and I contested them and got my money back. We broke up and he stopped paying me back for the card as agreed. I told him to forget it bc I didn't want to deal with him. Now those charges are back on my card bc the bars redisputed and proved he spent all the money. Can I still take him to small claims even tho there's a text saying forget it? Will it just be considered a gift? Or am I allowed to change my mind bc he was using my card deceitfully?

  • Consent question, text messages regarding rape?

my ex and I were exchanging texts, both being intoxicated, and he texts early in the night asking for oral and I say no but he could get laid if he acted right. I give him a ride home, then go back to bed myself. He knocks on my door saying he had been locked out and wants to sleep over. He gropes me, I tell him no, he's too soft from drinking to do anything anyway. Hours later when I think he's leaving for work, he lunges on me while I'm sleeping and forcibly penetrates me. Did he think he had permission bc of the text? I was trying to stop him and pushed him away saying no. But does the text make it ok?

  • Is this rape? Will i be believed? Is it too late to report? Is it my fault?

Last week my ex knocked on my door at about 3am, very drunk, and asked if he could stay bc his sister locked him out. I agreed. We were still friends and I was still comfortable with him and trusted him. We slept side by side. At about 5 am I woke to his hands under my tshirt, groping me. I held still for a minute, trying to wake up. He pulls my underwear off and tries to shove it in. I push him away. He's half awake and prob still drunk. He says he is too soft from drinking. I tell him that he can't stay in the bed if he is going to do that and he sleepily agrees. I told him to go back to sleep and to wake me before he leaves so I can throw the deadbolt behind him. I hear him wake up hours later and use the bathroom and hear his belt and shoes being picked up, etc. I'm still sleeping, on my stomach, covered completely. Out of nowhere he lunges on top of me, starts kissing my back, and grabs my chest and starts trying to shove it in again. I am in shock, having almost been back to sleep. He rolls me over and shoves it in my mouth but I pull away and try to kick him off of me. I was mad bc even when we were together, he knew I didn't like that. I found my voice and asked him what he was doing and to go. He said nothing, just shoved it in and lasted just barely a minute. It hurt and I've been with him before and it never hurt before. I was not aroused, I hadn't wanted him.

  • Getting over an ex boyfriend?

So last month I broke up with my boyfriend of three months but we had been friends for over a year. A lot happened in that year. We worked together, he went to jail, I stuck by his side. After we broke up we stayed friends bc we still needed each other just couldn't get along as a couple. We were still sleeping together and saying I love you. We both started seeing someone else and he said he wanted to stop sleeping together, after slowly pushing me away, disrespecting me, and ignoring me. I was upset bc he had told me I couldn't sleep with my boyfriend and hated that he made the call, like he was allowed to decide who both of us slept with. He got drunk and told me some awful, unforgivable things and we screamed at each other and have stopped talking. I told his girl he cheated on her and they are broken up. I hate that we hate each other. He has had a rough life, with no family that loves him and I was the only real girl he had that cared for him bc all he found were floozies. Now I feel guilt bc we hate each other and I'm not taking care of him like I promised. I don't know how to get over the guilt. I miss taking care of him but I know he was probably just taking advantage of me. I don't know how to deal.

  • Ex boyfriend maxed out credit card?

So I let my ex borrow my credit card to spend 100$ on his daughter for her birthday. He went to the bar instead. 300$ later, he's asking to hold onto it. We were still good friends and so I told him if he paid me back, I would trust him with it. He maxed it out. 3,000$. Blew most of it at the bar. I yelled at him and demanded the card back, but I took it easy Bc I didnt want him to take off with it for good and not pay me back. He paid back about 150$. Of 3k. Now we are on the permanent outs. Can I dispute charges or file a report? Considering I only originally gave him permission to buy a couple of things? And told him to stop the spending?

  • Sympathy Pregnancy Symptoms for a Man?

Okay, this is going to sound strange, but, I found out that my boss, who is my best guy friend at work, is going to have twins. Well, his wife is. I've known this guy for three years, I am very close to him, and lots of people think we have something romantic going on, but we are really just good friends. I love him like a good friend or a brother, even if he is my boss. He was a little weird when telling me about the pregnancy because I've never met his wife and he and I are usually in our own little world when he's around, talking about doing shots and throwing up and funny internet videos.

The two days following his announcement of his wife's pregnancy, I've been having panic attacks, throwing up, feeling nauseous, having migraines, nesting, and acting like a total crazy person. I'm for some reason very scared and concerned for him. I know husbands get pregnancy symptoms when their wives get pregnant, but I'm having symptoms for a man, whose wife I've never even met. I'm very openly nervous for him, because it's a high risk pregnancy and he wasn't exactly wanting kids at all right now. Is it possible to have sympathy freak-outs for a man? I'm really taking this to heart. Is that impossible?

  • Is a man flirting when he flexes his muscles at you?

If a guy goes out of his way to flex his arm muscles (his guns ARE impressive), show off his butt (catching him bending over way too long for something he didn't even need) and lift things for you is it flirting? Or just showing off?

  • Only I can smell my crush?

My crush works with me and has a very distinct smell. I can smell him when he walks in the door. Here's the catch - NO ONE else can smell him. I've commented that he always smells weird and everyone looks at me funny. It's a strange musky odor that I've only ever smelled on him. It's extremely strong to me. He left his coat at work once and I could smell him in the store the whole night, but no one else did. It's not cologne. I wasn't sure how I felt about the smell at first, because it was so different, but now it's pleasant to me and makes me want to be around him more. Is it some sort of hormone? Or pheromone? If I'm the only one who can smell that smell...do I have a distinctive smell to HIM?

  • Can a man safely lift a pregnant woman?

I'm writing a story where the main male character always likes to pick up and carry around his love interest. It's just his "thing" I suppose. After she becomes pregnant with his child, I have a scene where he lifts her and carries her back to his car because her feet are so sore. Aside from the obvious "he might drop her" is there any kind of medical reason he couldn't pick up and extremely pregnant woman?

  • examples of clueless dads for short story?

I'm writing a short story about a single father having no idea what to do with the baby he's in charge of. The baby is a girl about 6 months old. The father is kind of a stereotypical meathead type - bodybuilder, protein shakes, not very bright. Good intentions, bad executions. What I'm looking for are examples of something utterly clueless men have done with babies. Nothing harmful, just comical mishaps, or just something really dumb a man would do with a baby. Thanks!

  • How to interpret this dream?

I dreamed that I was laying naked in bed with a guy from work. He was also naked. He wasn't sleeping, but he had his eyes closed and a big smile on his face. I specifically remember the wrinkles around his eyes when he was smiling (he's young, though, 28). I was curled against him kind of down low and was kissing/licking his stomach. That was all there was to the dream. This isn't a person I'm intimate with - he's one of my supervisors at work, but we have a really casual rapport. I care about him like I'd care about a friend or close coworker. Just yesterday he approved a store transfer I'd put in for myself, something I had been stressing over all week, because I was waiting on a review to see if I or another manager would be held responsible for an incident. The supervisor wound up siding with me and moving me to another store so the other manager involved and I wouldn't have to work together anymore since he got punished. Is this some weird subliminal appreciation sort of thing?

  • One of my employees has a crush on the boss?

So one of my employees at work (Amanda) has a crush on our area supervisor (Brad). She's only 17 and he's in his late 20s and married. I'm a transfer into the store, but I have worked there before and have known this girl since she started over a year ago. Amanda's harmless, but she often tells the others how she thinks Brad is super hot and has pretty hair and a nice body, etc. One of the other managers in the store (Fiona) told Brad about the crush, thinking it was funny, but he pretended not to hear and walked away. He completely avoided Amanda and she noticed, thinking she had done something wrong. I told her that he was just busy and said she was doing a good job and not to worry. Amanda doesn't know that Brad knows. He never knew before this - he made comments to me about how she must be intimidated by him being the boss because she seemed shy around him.

I feel like if Brad confronted her, she'd be humiliated. I don't know what he will do, but I suspect he will just avoid her, because he's a very non-confrontational boss. I almost want to say something to him and say that Fiona was kidding...but I'm not sure if I should. I have a very good rapport with him and can talk openly, but it's such a sensitive spot, being as it's a minor and all. She really is a good worker, just a kid with a crush. We've all been there. It was wrong of Fiona to say anything about it, period. What can I do, if anything?

  • Song lyrics about trust and vulnerability?

Looking for a song to match how I'm feeling in regards to finding someone new to care about, whom I placed a little bit of trust in and opened up to and made myself more vulnerable than I normally would.

  • If you were abducted by aliens... (female only)?

...and they politely asked to impregnate you because their women could no longer have babies, would you go along with it? They look almost exactly like humans and the men are hot.
