Sept. of 2013 while in the back of a truck driver had to slam on the breaks to avoid a accident. i was thrown back and hit the middle part of my upper back on the corner of a metal box. the chest pain and shortness of breath went away so I didnt go to the hospital.

2 weeks before Christmas I developed a cold with a hacking cough, wheezing, shortness of breath and mild fever. At a walk in clinic on Christmas Eve and he said it was bronchitis. Gave me antibiotics, steroids and inhaler. Went to another clinic a week later. All other symptoms had gone except breathing issues. I don't smoke and my oxygen saturation when they checked was 97%. The doctor listened to my breathing and heard no breath sounds on right side and after X-ray my right lung was collapsed. Was admitted to Hospital and they inserted a chest tube with no suction just a drain. Went home 2 days later all clear. Now, when I cough I get a sharp pain where chest tube was and when I bend down I wheeze and chest is heavy.

I am considering getting a place together with my ex. We want to give it another try, both us and trying to live together. We haven't lived together yet, but I was a house away from him when he was living at home still.

I talked to his mother about it who I generally get along with and she said is should just be a verbal agreement. I'm 26 and he is 23. During our close time together I would be the one paying for the majority of things, but he didn't have a job. He has one now, but I'm still hesitant to just go for it with a verbal one. Maybe I have been watching to many court shows.

I want us to sit down and talk and write down what each of us would like, want and expect out of all this. Things like who pays what bills, if someone has to cover for the other how soon would you get paid back, who buys and or cooks meals, laundry, house cleaning, who's allowed over, how long they can stay, house rules such as I would want him to smoke outside the apartment and such.

This a good idea?

As of now my 9 year old cat has free roam of the house I share. I am moving to FL (10 hour drive) in Jan of this coming year (2013). There all I will have is one room with a fridge and no other space. Is this cruel to her? The room is large. There is a window and I can place something for her to sit in and look out. Can I leash train a cat of her age? I know it would take time. Maybe that way she can go outside.She has been there for me all these years. I will be in the room with her from about 2pm in the afternoon until I wake up the next morning. Any advice? Also, how would I go about getting her to eat, drink and go to the bathroom while on the road? Thanks so much.

We were together for 6 and a half years (17 to 23). He was my first and only relationship. We both agreed to end it. We started dating in high school so we never really got to know who we were seperatly. We are still very good friends.Now he is persuing another women we went to high school with. Every time he tells her that he is doing something with me she gets pissed off and doesn't talk to him.

Should I stay away form him and his family?

I am like a big sister to his little sister (she was 4 when I met her now she is 13). I can't drive so he is my ride to her house to be with his little sister.

What is it like from her prospective? He has asked her out and she has yet to give him an answer.

I hope I don't sound mean or anything.

I just feel she hates me and I just want him to be happy.

Also when him and this girl shared their first kiss he told me and I emailed her and asked her how it was. We were friends in high school. It was ment as a joke, but she blew up and yelled at him for telling me about her. Would it help if I emailed her and told her that I am sorry and me and him have stopped all contact?

Am I a mean person?

I am at a loss for what to do. I mentor this girl. She is thirteen. Her parents both smoke pot with her present. She has asthma. They also use their disability check to buy it. Her father also abuses pain pills and alcohol so he sometimes becomes abusive to his wife. What can I do? If she is taken away, can she live with a family member? Her parents just don't care about her. I have been to her house and can smell it.

It just started all of a sudden a week ago. It is just on the one side and has a dull ache with it. Sometimes it shoots pain but doesn't last for very long. I have PCOS so I am not regular on the "monthly" thing. Should I be concerned or ride it out and see where it goes? What could be wrong? It might not be a lymph node idk, It is right beside my underwear line and feels the size of a big grape.

back in 2005 I had an ice skating accident. I fell and injured my left foot pretty good. It was swollen and bruised for a good two weeks. Now, I am left with the constant twitching of the muscle (well I assume it's the muscle it might not be) on the side of my foot just below my big toe. Sometimes it gets a little annoying.The twitching get faster after I run or do other activities in which my heart rate goes up. Will it go away? What caused it? How can I stop it?

I just got the 3d version of the movie Coraline for Christmas. I have albinism so one of my eye's turns in and they both movie back and forth involuntarily. I don't really know how the 3d glasses work (they are red and green). Do you have to be sitting far back from the screen for it to work? Or does my vision problems prevent them from working since I don't see straight forward with both eyes?

I am thinking of getting a tattoo. I am wondering how bad it hurts..I know you may not be able to put it into words..I can handle pain pretty well.(used to have issues with S.I) I'm thinking of a small rose and want it on my ankle or upper leg..is this area painful?

If you get a tattoo and then you loose a lot of weight (70lbs) will the tattoo be flabby? or if you do the reverse and gain a lot of weight will the tattoo stretch out of shape?

just wondering for an April fools day kinda thing, but I have heard that a man's urine gives a positive on a home preg. test and beer can give you one too...is this true? And is there any other ways to get a positive on a preg. test?

I am 21 and have had sex, but when I get a pap smear it is beyond painful. The nurse uses the smallest speculum that she has. Can they give you drugs to knock you out of to dull the pain?

My cat will not let anyone but me and my mother handle her. We tried to take her to the groomer, but they said they feared for their safety because she was so mean and scared, We do not have that much in the way of money so I was wondering if you could give a cat some kind of medicine that we humans take if it would do the job of knocking her out so she can be groomed. She is a long haired cat with lots of furrballs. I hope this does not affend anyone. I just want Piper to be cooler and healthy.
