I don't want to drink caffeine - but I need something healthy & natural to gain some energy. I want to be able to work out, but can't because I'm always so tired. I know that IF I exercise, I'll have energy, but I can't muster up enough to even exercise ... help.

I know about the "lemonade diet/Master Cleanse" and not a fan. I've also heard about the Martha's Vineyard Detox - 21lbs in 21 days, but not getting the best reviews on that ... the one I think I may be interested in is "The New Detox Diet" by Dr. Haas. Anyone heard of it, tried it, or have any recommendations for other detoxes that are not harmful to the body & that are effective?

i'd gotten used to Sabine Singh playing the role, though it hasn't been quite a year. i like her. but i do admit it would be strange for Rebecca Budig to play Aiden's lover. weird. cause you can only see her w/ Ryan. hmmm ... what do you all think? excited about her coming back?

I'm so sick of Kendall (she seriously is acting like a crazed woman, and HELLO, you have TWO children! Spike isn't the only thing in existence in your life, stupid!) If I were Zach, I would have given her a dose of reality, for real (that little "talk" he gave her just wasn't enough! Be a man! Let your stupid wife know she's crazy!) ... I'm glad they're finally doing something w/ whiney Annie & giving Greens a life with steam building up between her & Aidan. Lord, I was ready to give up.

I'm about to buy it in bulk because I want relief for my super dry, itchy skin. I have psoriasis, and I use all natural organic soaps & almond & coconut oil when I get out of the shower, but sometimes my skin is extra irritated, or my acne flares up more than usual (I use all natural products on my face, too).

Can anyone actually share some experiences w/ this type of soap?

I love Burt's Bees products, and use them for face & hair. For my body I use organic virgin unrefined coconut oil or sweet almond oil, all of which I get at Wild Oats. For soaps (body, hand, kitchen & laundry) I get whatever Trader Joe's has that's natural & or organic, and then their Tom's of Maine toothpaste or Trader Joe's brand of toothpaste that has no flouride, I get there, too. I also love their sugar body scrubs. For deoderant, I get an all natural one (either the rock or regular tube deoderant) at Walmart, w/ no parabens, that's less than $2.00.

I have found that if you know where to shop, you can get all natural products for MUCH LESS than those commercial ones that contain all those chemicals.

i was debating between victoria beckham's long bob or tiffani-amber thiessen's beautiful long layers ... i've been trying to let my hair grow, but i'm becoming impatient. almost went w/ the bob, but decided on t-a thiessen's hair ... i'm totally obessed with it now. it's a good way to give my hair some spunk, w/o chopping it off. ;)

regardless of where you are, you're alone, and can only have three things in your possession. what would they be?

my husband likes his chili on top of spaghetti noodles... his whole family eats it this way. is it a black thing (i'm mexican, and i eat chili w/ tortilla chips) or just a midwest thing or southern thing? not sure.

anyway, i don't mind eating it like he does, but i don't prefer it. who else out there eats it this way? or do you like it the way i do, w/ tortilla chips (to scoop up like dip) & cheese on top?

I just can't stand her. Never have. I know that w/o her, there's no show, but ayayayay! Seriously, everytime a scene comes on w/ her, I cringe! And the whole Jack & Erika thing is reeeaaaallly just killing me. They're like a coule of teenagers. WORSE! Maybe it's cause I hate real people LIKE her that it just urks me. Controlling, manipulative, primadonna, fake ... I don't know. I really don't think she's a good actor. Am I really alone on this one?
