Does a true christian trusts Christ for forgiveness of sin than confession to a priest?

According to "Roman Catholicism" sacred tradition + the Bible together provide the foundation of spiritual truth.

The Word of God says,

“For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book: If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book: And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the Book of Life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book”

Revelation 22:18-19

What about the man made Catechism?

or did Jesus Christ appoint an earthly Head to His Church?

I found it reading the Holy Bible that the Lord Jesus Christ is the sole King and only Head of His Church and He never appointed any earthly Head of His Church.

My research mention in Matthew 16:18 "Thou art Peter and upon this Rock I will build my church."

The rock on which the Church is founded is not Peter, but Peter's confession, "thou art the Christ" mention in Matthew 16:16.

And Paul explicitly states, "For other foundation can "NO MAN" lay than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ". (1 Cor. 3:11). To take Peter as the foundation flatly contradicts this passage.

Regarding the key of Peter? The keys were used by Peter in preaching to the Jews on the day of Pentecost (Acts 2); to the household of Cornelius (Acts 14:27 cf. Acts 10); and to the Gentiles (Acts 11:18).

Christian reading their Bible prayerfully, We have the same faith and reached the same conclusions. This is the true body of Christ.

What about Catholic & Mormons use of Catechism and Book of Mormons?

RCC Catechism Says, Only the Magisterium of the Church Can Interpret the Bible.

1. Priests offering sacrifices for sins.

2. Indulgences remitting sin's punishment.

3. Church leaders forbidden to marry.

4. Infallible men.

I was told it can be done by anyone if you practice it. I do not find scripture to support this. All I find says it has to be interpreted.

Would the Dali Lama not go to Heaven because he is not a Christian?

What about all the countless people who have never heard of Jesus?

The priest reaches up into the heavens, brings Christ down from His throne and places Him upon our altar to be offered up again as the Victim for the sins of man.

Do people ignore God's Word which declares that Jesus "having been offered once to bear the sins of many, shall appear a second time for salvation not to bear sin" (Hebrews 9:28).

God's Word reveals that the veil of the temple that separated the Holy of Holies from sinful man was tom open by God (Mat. 27:51).

Man can now come directly to God through faith in the shed blood of the Savior (Rom. 3:2326).

Priests are no longer needed to offer sacrifices for sin (Heb. 10:18).

The only legitimate priesthood which remains on earth is the royal priesthood of all believers.

Why their records of abuse kept secret?

The True Christian church is not a visble organization but is made up of all true believers.

"You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hid." Matthew 5: 14

The Church is Holy because Christ is the Head and it is guided by the Holy Spirit. The Church is visible and will remain so.
