I've called doc he said to discontinue use and call back tomorrow for an alternative. I'm drinking water but feel really rubbish anything I can do. Sleep isn't an option as I have trouble sleeping because of anxiety issues

I removed fish from the tank it took us a while as they were very stressed and it was hard to catch them. I cleaned all the the food out and have changed the water and treated it before putting them back in Loki is spending most of his time sitting at the bottom of the tank I think he ate the most and the other one Sif is just flying round the tank. I also cleaned the gravel best I could and the ornaments. My daughter is 9 and is very distressed about it she thinks she has murdered Sif and Loki . I want to do everything I can to help them stay alive for her. We usually feed them small amounts twice a day the incident happened last night so I haven't feed them this morning.

I live in a big town there are 3 book shops one is quite small but sells mainly school books and art supplies the other two are franchises so do a bit of everything but don't really specialise in anything as such. There are no comic book stores in the area the nearest one takes a min of 1 hr to get to and is in a city so expensive to park. Being a comic book enthusiast myself I know that as a child it was quite annoying not being able to get comics in town and let's face it most parents don't want to drive for an hour to a busy city. Myself and my husband are considering opening a comic book and coffee shop where people can pick up there comics and sit and read them in a friendly environment we would also have monthly comic master classes where we would get Irish comic book artists to do classes and talks on the comic industry. We would also look to carry fantasy/ sci fi books, movie / comic figures toys and stickers. We know that in the current climate this would be risky so we would like to be prepared for the worst and not have to borrow any money how much would we need to get started? How do we go about a business plan, should one of us do a business management course

Hi Ive just recently qualified as a Beauty Therapist last year and am awaiting massage diploma. I have done many extra training days for tanning, minx etc what makes someone qualified to be a trainer the reason i ask is that a friend was a teacher and is now a qualified therapist too she has recently done a lash course ad been certificated for it if she trains me would it be recognised like could she cert me coz she was teacher and has the expertise. I was just wondering this cos alot of th time beauty therapists dont sit diplomas they get in house training i was just wondering if this would essentially be the same thing.

Hi, Im a 25 year old mother of one. Im in my second and final year studying body therapy and reflexology. I love holistic therapys and have great interest in what im doing. I work hard and despite finding it hard to juggle family life and college do well in tests. My daughter has recently been suffering with respiratory problems and has recently been diagnosed with asthma. Due to this ive missed 4 days which is actually only 12hrs and i have caught up on all course work.

Recently due to the recession and over crowding the college has cracked down on attendance. In the rules it says that you may be excused due to health problems with medical certs or for family reasons.

The head of the course for some reason took a dislike to me last year and she rang me warning me about my attendance even though she knew the reason for my absence. I assumed she was ringing everyone who missed time as i knew that most of the students had missed just as much time as myself some even more. When i arrived at college the next day no-one knew what i was talking about when i asked around further it turned out that only 2 other girls had recieved phone calls. Then when i was working in class the tutor stood over me for most of the class pointing out all the negatives and never any positives as you can imagine i felt quite distressed as i didn't see it as constructive criticism like i usually would it felt more intimidating as her tone was very patronizing. Since this has started my health has started to deteriate i cant eat properly or sleep and am very anxious and depressed. I dont want to let this come between me and my diploma it has knocked my confidence and is making me feel inadequate where as last year i feelt great really confident in my ability's.

Is there anything i can do that doesnt mean i have to have a big confrontation with this person.

I have just in recent years recovered from a sort of breakdown after the death of both my grandparents(they where like my parents) and the birth of my daughter(I had a rare condition when pregnant) Things got too much for me to handle i was very depressed and i started having extreme panic attacks that where so bad i ended up unable to leave the house and lost 2 stone beause i couldnt eat properly i also adopted some OCD like patterns and had to do things in certain sequences as i felt if i didn't it would bring on attacks. I have only in the last year started to leave the county so Im very cautious about the effect this situation is having on me. I worked very hard to get this far and i dont want to ever go back there.

im a lone parent with one child recieveing one parent family supplement and maintence of 50 a week hav to move out of the parental home need to know what the limit is on rent like is it 600 or 750 etc
