Okay so my old iPod took a trip through the washer a few days after my laptop crashed. I bought a new iPod and got my laptop fixed, but since they restored it i lost all my music. I just got my old iPod working and tried to transfer my purchases and it said it transferred all of them, but they're not showing up in my library. How do i fix it?

I can't ask the iTunes support team because i used my friends email, i don't know the password, and she's grounded for the next three months.
