i lost my south beach diet book but i can remember that in phase one dairy was'nt allowed, now after having my baby i went on the diet i cut out everything but the milk because i like to drink my coffee with milk it gives me energy cause i work long hours.i lost a lot of weight but the stomach remains could this be caused by the milk im drinking, any advice?

ok this is my story i had a flat mate of whom i fell pregnant with his friend's baby although his friend denied the baby he bealived me even gave me all his friends details.my flat mate asked me to name my baby after him and had an interest in my babie's life.Anyway bcause i was pregnant we were for ever fighting it came to a point were we didnt speak to one another anymore i eventually left to be at home.months after my baby was born i went to a dating website only to come across his profile my profile had no pictures then i wrote to him and he responded we began chatting eventually i revealed myself and i apologised he forgave me.he lives very far from me but 6 months after that incident i decided to take my baby to the mall on a rainy day i usually live my baby at home if it is raining but that day i decided to take him with only to bump into my ex flat mate. do you think there's a meaning to this was that meeting an arangement by god?
