I have a 2002 chevy impala ls with the V6 3800 series 2 in it, it was involved in an accident on saturday, some lady hit the left front of it crushed the fender, bent the hood, pushed the bumper and bent the fender on the passenger side. The problem I have is it was running fine, after it got hit it stalled, when I went to start it first it clicked then it started but stalled, tried starting it again hitting the gas which it started but the motor sounded horrible at 2000 rpms after I let off it stalled back out. I know it being fuel injected you shouldn't do that, but my question is what could have happened that is making it do this? Waiting on a claims adjuster from the insurance to see if it fixable, if it is planning on having my mechanic check it out after the body is repaired. Any help would be greatly appreciated, hoping maybe its just a fuel cutoff switch or something, thanks in advance. Has 84998 miles on it also.

Have a 1995 dodge ram van, having an issue with the radio, my radio worked find this morning. I left work tonight and the radio didn't turn on, after driving for a few minutes the time came on but it was about an hour off and it wasn't advancing, it was 5:30 when I left and the clock showed 4:27, tried to turn it on which it wouldn't do still, had to shut the van off and when I started back up the stupid radio didn't come on again. When I got home I checked all the fuses with a fuse tester they all checked out, everything else is working including power accessories. When I attempt to turn it on and off I can hear the speaker pop. It is the radio that came with the van when it was built. So my question is what does it sound like the radio is possibly dead? Not a big fan of not having a radio so hoping to get this resolved, thanks in advance.

We've been having some issues with a truck at work, the abs light has been on for the past month, hasn't been driven much until this week, it shifts rough, and the speedometer is out. What would be causing it to act up? And then there's another twist, it was shifting until earlier today, I left a job and I couldn't get it to shift out of first gear, stopped trying when the engine was at 3000 rpms and still didn't shift, had to put the shifter in 2 to even get it moving enough to make it back to the shop. What else is weird is I got up to 40 mph earlier and it started working, until I slowed down, it even went to overdrive. Then it went dead again, I was thinking it was the abs speed sensor until it wouldn't shift later in the afternoon, so does anyone have any idea whats acting up on this truck? And it has the 5.4 liter V8 triton in it. Thanks for any help

Today I went and moved my van and heard a "tick tick tick tick" when the engine speeds up so does the ticking, anyway wondering what it could be? Personally I think its the exhaust manifold leaking, but I'm not sure what else it could be. Supposed to go to the mechanic tomorrow and have him take it for a test drive, but any ideas what it might be? And by the way just in case its a 3.9 liter V6. Thanks for any help

Just bought this house about 2 months ago, 1 month ago we got a bunch of rain and our basement flooded 4 inches deep luckily it was only rainwater, we had a plumber come out and snake out the line, well today it seemed to return, he believed it was tree roots but he only did one line, we got more heavy rain this morning, now both my floor drains are full of water to the top, and I believe the clean out in the basement is pretty much full with water. Having a plumber come tomorrow to snake out the lines, anyway my question is why is it whenever it rains hard the basement wants to flood, could it just be the first plumber did a poor job? Literally less than a month after this guy came and snaked it you'll be doing laundry and the drain will backup, never seen it do it but you come back and see water. I know nothing about plumbing so this is all new problems to me, I think the house was built in the 60's and theres no sump pump to my knowledge. So really a question would be how or what can I do to prevent this from happening everytime it rains? I can't even flush the toilet without the stupid drain backing up. Any help to resolve this problem would be greatly appreciated, you need more info just ask.

Went to McDonald's saturday afternoon got a cheeseburger, from that point on its been total hell, saturday night 4 hours after eating I was throwing up, saturday night and all of sunday I was on the toilet, I was feeling better yesterday so I had some normal food, stayed down but I was back on the toilet a couple times today, what can I do to get better, I've been drinking powerade and water, my stomach and all stopped but at the moment I'm tired out of no where, be up for a half hour just sitting and I'll be tired, I had a glass of orange juice today, and took a vitamin which I haven't since I've been sick. So my question is how much longer till I feel better, and is there anything I can do to get better faster? Thanks in advance

Alright I have a big problem I purchased my computer a month ago and it came with windows vista home premium, today I reformatted my hard drive with windows xp been having problems with vista, now it seems like my computer is missing necessary drivers for sound and everything. What are my options to get my computer back to functioning properly is there a good driver update program, or am I going to need to get a copy of windows vista and reformat with that to solve this. Its an hp I already contacted them and am awaiting an answer. But if anyone has any help to bring my system back to fully working it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for any help.

Lately whenever I log on to facebook I will go to chat with a friend and I will get an Exclamation point when I scroll over it, I get told can not connect to facebook chat at this time. It doesn't do it all the time sometimes its fine, I was using IE7 which kept dropping chat, I switched to firefox it doesn't disconnect as often but it still will from time to time. And then it will reconnect on its own sometimes or sometimes I need to refresh the page to get chat to work. It just started doing this 2 nights ago I wrote tech support but no answer. I'm running windows vista also, any ideas to what might be causing it and what can I do to fix it?

Drove yesterday and everything worked, now today I went out when I went to put the lights on all that came on were the headlights, the parking lights didn't come on, neither did the tail lights, and the dashboard did not light up. I changed the fuses still no result, anyone know what that could be lose wire, light switch gone bad, not sure if anyone knows though there input would be appreciated. By the way if you need to know its a 1993 Chevy Cheyenne 1500. Thanks

Having a little problem with my sounds they work and all, my problem is I'm trying to update the sound my messenger makes when a contact comes online, I updated it but its still the same sound no matter what file gets put in there, I also checked the new sound with windows media and it works fine, can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong, Its yahoo messenger 9.0 running windows vista, it seems its an error with the program but I'm not sure.

I posted this question yesterday but wanted more opinions on it, I purchased a used computer off of ebay, it kept cutting out I got it to stay running but the screen, keyboard, and mouse won't turn on does that sound like a motherboard issue or something else? Any serious helpful answers would be greatly appreciated thanks.

I use a company truck, today another employee used my truck, now I noticed a screw in the tread of the back left tire, its not leaking its just in there. What should I do just leave it be or go and get it removed? I don't not want to pay attention to it and get screwed later, but I also don't want to worry about something thats not causing any problem. Any suggestions?

Not exactly my child more like my little brother, the thing is my mom has been homeschooling him for years and she would like to transfer him to a public school. He's currently 9 years old, the question I have though is what is going to need to happen to make the switch, do we just have to walk in and enroll him, or is he going to need to take a placement test to determine where he belongs. Anybody who's been down this road can you give me some helpful answers or tips? And before anyone asks I'm not sure why all the sudden she wants to transfer him.

The thing is I'm driving a work truck its a 1999 Ford F-350 Superduty. Lately I noticed a whining noise coming from the front left tire, first it only did it once in a while, for example I came home last night on the freeway and it was quiet, now today its gotten worse more whining and squeaking while driving it did it the whole time on the freeway, when you go to turn sometimes you hear a click the steering wheel is hard to turn. Sometimes out of no where the wheel will jerk when you just made a sharp turn and your straightening it out it will jerk suddenly. When I hit the brake it doesn't stop making the noise either. Also when your doing say 70-75 mph and you hit the brake you feel the truck shaking. Anyone know what might be wrong with it, I told my boss yesterday and he totally ignored me I'm thinking about just grabbing one of the other trucks. Someone mentioned to me it could be a wheel bearing. Also when it whines and or squeaks you can feel it all the way in the truck.

I just got this mp3 player and so far have had nothing but a hard time. My computer's detecting it as hardware, it keeps attempting to find a driver for it which it can't so I can't do to much. It won't show up in my computer, or in windows media. Its a GPX MW3317. Anyone have any help or tips to get this piece of junk working would be appreciated. I emailed tech support all they gave me was a faq which still didn't get me any results. Thanks in advance

Problem is I lost my cellphone yesterday morning out plowing snow it somehow fell and disappeared. I have the phone turned off, and I ordered a new one. My thought though is when I get the new phone its supposed to have the same number as my old phone has and who knows what happened to it I think someone found it but no luck. Anyway when the phone number gets turned back on through the new phone would I have to worry about my old phone getting turned back on in the process. I'm not worried about the phone or the information on it but more worried if the service somehow gets restored by accident and someone starts using it running my bill up. Just in case its important its a nextel, well sprint and nextel are partnered up now. But do I have to worry about my old phone being turned back on when I activate the new phone if I use the same phone number, or does the cellphone have its own serial number that controls it? Not to sound like an idiot but everyone who uploads to youtube where do you get your videos from? I've been searching trying to download really haven't had much luck. Also what program do you use to obtain the video? Any helpful answer would be greatly appreciated. Whoever gives the answer that works the best gets best answer. Thanks in advance.

Lately when I drive my van a 1995 dodge ram 2500 when I have my foot on the gas oil pressure is fine. As soon as it idles I see the oil pressure start dropping almost a line on the gauge. I just topped up the oil the other day so now its full it wasn't to far from being full and still in the safe range. If my oil pump was going though would the pressure ever drop all the way and then go back up? And if it needs replaced how much would I be looking at. Could I just need a lighter weight of oil currently using 10W40 with almost 153000 miles on the engine. Thanks in advance.

I have a wireless connection have no problems with it. The question is how do i protect it so no one can use my internet or hack into my computers? When I tried to access my connection through network places it asked for a password which I didn't have anyway does that mean my connection is secure? If not could you please tell me how to make it so its secure? Thanks in advance
