So I am almost 21wks and my baby is breech right now and he sticks his little feet all the way in my lower side and hips and it hurts so bad. He loves being stuck on my left side and of course that causes my leg and back to hurt I guess he on a nerve.

So would it be any worse when and if he turns and his feet are stuck in my ribs?

Any experiences or ways to get him to move around would be great.

I am expecting my first in November and searching for a licensed home child care in my area. I know about childcare, have worked in facilities and owned and operated my own licensed child care home. I am very knowledgeable but want others mother's perspectives since I was always the childcare worker not the parent.

I am 20wks and had an ultrasound Monday and the baby was breech.

When did your baby turn head down if he or she was breech or did they stay in the breech position?

Also do you have to get a C-section if the baby is in breech?

Are there are laws for pregnant woman and their employers?

Do I have to disclose I am pregnant? What information do I have to give if any?

Just wondering what to do if I get this job I applied for. I know the last job I applied for I didn't because I pregnant most likely.

Does anybody the laws or ethical practices for getting hired while pregnant. I am almost 20wks but I can still pass for not being pregnant and I have a 2nd interview tomorrow.

At my last 2nd interview for a job I disclosed I was pregnant and the company asked me so many questions that I felt really uncomfortable. They kept asking about childcare, if I was really going to return since this my first baby, etc. Plus after that they wouldn't even return my calls and I'm sure it was because I was pregnant.

I just want to tell them I am expecting in November and will be out 6-8 weeks and return at the first of the year 2010.

What do I do if they ask more personal questions? Please try to give me some personal experiences of those you know of.

If you think your child or know a child that has been molested how do you get them to trust you to tell you what happened and maybe who did it?

I am in a situation where I think a child may have been molested or touched some way. The child was doing a sexual act with another child, both of them males. The child finally admitted to doing the act but now keeps changing his story on how he learned this or where he saw it. He has come up with so many stories that I don't know what to believe. I don't have access to counseling or therapy so that is not an option.

My husband and I have had his little brother who is seven in our complete care for a little over three weeks. Yesterday while his brother was at my husband's mother's house (not his younger brothers mother) he did a sexual act with another little boy. The other child (which is younger) told on him that he kissed him and licked his behind. He then told his mother later that my husbands brother had pulled down his pants and rubbed his privates on his backside.

My husbands brother, who is seven will not tell the truth. He is a compulsive liar and doesn't always tell the truth ( I know sad at seven). He stated the other boy made him kiss him, telling him he would kick him. And also stated the other boy pulled down his pants. Regardless something very inappropriate happened.

Have you ever had to deal with this?

I've heard all the answers of counseling and taking him to the doctor. BUT how do we get him to tell us the truth??

I am 16wks and I think I am getting a little swelling in my feet. They look a little fat. They always hurt if I stand too long and now I am noticing a change even if I'm not on my feet. This happen to anyone else this early?

When I am waking up some mornings I will be stretching and I guess forget I am pregnant half sleep and plus my belly isn't much in my way. I usually start stretching and when I stretch my stomach I get this pulling that hurts so bad. It feels like something detached from me or the baby. It hurts on either the left or right lower side, kind of by my ovaries.

Has this happened to anyone else?

I was wondering what names you have heard for grandmother. I don't like the traditional grandma, granny, nanny, memaw, mawmaw, etc. We have decided on Gg (pronounced just by letters) and Nana for my husband mother but I wanted to know of any other names you have heard of.

I am due November 8th. My neurologist wants to do an MRI and remove a tumor in my brain (non-cancerous). He wants to do this before the end of the year and closely after I give birth. I just wanted to know if anyone else had to have surgery so close after birth (within 2mts). I plan on breastfeeding.

The procedure is outpatient but under general anesthesia and then I have a couple days of recovery. It's not major brain surgery, they will go through my nose ( I know gross). I'm more worried about my baby and breastfeeding then the surgery.

I am 15wks and I was wondering when would my belly get hard. I have a belly and its still a little flabby and squishy. When did you first notice your belly was hard?

I am having my parent's first grandchild and I need a name for my mom. We like Gg (pronounced just by letters), but I would like some more ideas. My husband's mom is going to be Nana, so that is out and I didn't like it much for my mom. My mom is youthful, fun, beautiful and hip. I want a name for her that isn't old sounding so anything that you have heard or think of would be a great help.
