I am a sole proprieter for the past 10 years, now would like to become an LLC.  I've looked online on how to do it, confusing to me....an atty wants $500-600.  Anyone does this or know how to?

I have an adult size go-cart for the kids, but, when we went to start it, little silver flakes came shooting out of the tail pipe and will not start ( gas with key to start ).  Any thoughts on why and what to do to fix it?  I know nothing about this, mom here....thanks in advance...

Removed all vacuum and emissions on 84 22r carburetor motor. Removed intake Removed all vaccuum and emissions on 84 22r cabruator motor. Removed intake with new gasket. with new gasket and plugged everything including exhaust manifold with new gasket. Brake booster is running out of the same port. Having trouble with the 2 vacuum lines from distributor and the timing adjustment. It has a new Asian carburetor setup.

income for the year, with 3 kids, 1 in college, the others 11 and 13...my income was 11,931.24....what should be the federal tx income withheld? I dont think m employer did it right...thank you

Grandma went into a nursing home in NY, applied for medicaid, never heard anything from Medicaid. Nursing home says that she was denied, but, never got the denial, so, I could appeal it.  Grandma signs all paperwork at nursing home, lists me as a contact person.  When nursing home tells me she is denied, I move grandma to Tx where we all live. Gets approved for Tx medcaid.  Receive a $62000 bill from nursing home. Grandma passes away :(, a few months later.  I get served from processor w/ grandma 1 month after she passes and nursing home is trying to see if grandma had any $, she had nothing. Hire an atty in NY, who handled my mom and grandma's will's, atty says nursing home is"fishing" to see if there is any $.  Last week receive an email from NY atty, that nursing home atty wants me to fill out the "discovery" forms.  I contacted my TX atty, he can't get a hold of NH atty, to see why I'm listed in this?  Can they come after me? I am in TX.  Any info is helpful please.

If someone in NY is planning on suing me, shouldn't they file in the state I reside in? I'm clueless to all of this. Gram passed, she was in facility in NY, I was just POA & healthcare proxy. Gram had a bill, didn't pay it, no money, now they are trying to come after me for it. Can they do that? Any advice would be great. The processer who served me and tried to serve gram ( but she passed) was dressed like a bum ( ripped jeans, dirty red polo shirt). Is that normal to? Trying to see if the Texas laws were followed here. Thanks in advance.

2007 bmw 650 i convertible, with aftermarket rims/tires 19", tires are in balance, nothing misaligned, but, when you drive over 50 the steering shakes uncontrollably, then, when you hit 80 and above is drives normal with no shaking. Any ideas and how to fix?

Been out trying to figure out the car and have no clue and need some help... Put a new air compressor on and was working fine and then all the sudden the back end dropped but both air bags are hard and now the whole car has dropped and when I start it the compressor is running but no rise in the car and the malfunction light comes on in the dash.... The vehicle is equipped with the ADS and wondering if the problem is with the shocks?

1 yr old tiger cat, was playing fine, running around, eating, drinking, a few hours ago. Well now, overnight, I got up and he is dragging his back legs, fur looks strange ( not his norm), not really a meower, but, now is meowing, won't eat or drink. His back paws are cold, but, still the same black color his paws always were. Can't get a vet visit for 2 days!!! UGH!!! My poor kitty...he never goes outside, always inside and in a matter of overnight he is skinnier.....had diarrehea a few minutes ago...Help please????

Came across a stray cat, 2 days ago, approx. less than a year old. He was dragging his back legs? So, I thought maybe hungry/thristy, ate a tiny bit, drank nothing. He is thin and swollen by his tail and butt? He is alert and meows at times, when I go ear him and rub him. Any thoughts, suggestions? Sleeps alot, back feet are cold, fur looks weird.

non completion of required classes, license is active, but, have fines to pay in Texas. Can I still write and solict insurance products ( life, health, etc...), to earn money to pay my fines?
